"I don't usually write reviews. I have worked 12 years in the food service industry and understood that everyone has good and bad nights, but jesus christus! customer service, delivery times, food sensations, quality, the guarantee of order is correct. the basis of a restaurant, all need serious improvements. I had about a dozen encounters with this arrogant, lifting ish, monotone manager called ella. the one time that I had to talk to another female manager who was wonderful, she claimed to give me credit for the mistake of the previous night. when the wrong order came to me, the load was closed. Since then, I've ordered 3 4 times and paid full. price when this girl sees s to be the only one that ever be there, and each time told me I never get a loan. tonight. ella told me that she can't give her manager a first name. what should I ever turn to? in a separate opportunity I was told that they would not send out my corrected order because the driver was too busy. I didn't take care of any credits, I wanted to eat my dinner for which I literally waited 2 hours, and it was so late that all other restaurants were closed now! I was told, management is very aware that this chick job problem, but she is a dedicated worker. there are tons of people who need a job who would like to impress their guests. these reviews speak volume and the owners must take them seriously, as they are the literal face and voting of their business!"
