"Service was Amazing, Emily was super friendly and welcoming. Austin my waiter was Fabulous very kind and helpful. Was in the area, I was recommended to stop by and try this place out,, was told their Pesto Pizza was good and it did not disappoint. I was not crazy about the Calamari it was not fresh but frozen and left a bad aftertaste.. I had to return it.. My drink was good and I also ordered a side of meatballs that was great as well.. "I had the stewed chicken, yellow rice and black beans. It was a lot of food for the price so I thought I'd eat some and bring the rest home. Once I started eating, I didn't stop. The chicken well seasoned moist and bursting with flavor. The rice...not dry at all but I had them add gravy from the chicken and along with the black beans, all kinds of flavors were bursting in my mouth. I ate everything. I left out of there full and well satisfied. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this place."

"WOW what a G E M ! In the most delicious way! I am so glad I decided not to cook, it would not have been as tasty as my meal here! Artichoke fresh cream pizza and rigatoni bolognese perfection! I can 't wait to go back ! When I walked in the aroma of a slice of heaven was memorable. While waiting for my order I was brought a tasting bite of grandma pie and sicilian the absolute best I 've ever had! Being brought up in Brooklyn that 's a big deal! This pizzeria was buzzing last night with delighted guests and attentive owner, management and servers. Each of them (including chefs/ cooks) never broke stride with pleasantries to their guests with smiles and conversation even when every seat was filled, take out orders being picked up and more guests entering every few mintues, everyone was cool and welcoming while producing a delicious meal without delay! "Sat at the bar for lunch and had the place to ourselves. Food was very good. Bartender hardly checked on us and stood outside talking most of the time. When I asked for a refill of my coke, they did so, and charged $3 for it without informing me of it. From a fountain!!! Unbelievable. My wife wanted a $10 Mimosa off of the ala carte brunch menu. They said it would be $18 if she didn't order a brunch food item too. Evidently ala carte means something different here than everywhere else. Those two issues didn't sit well with us."

"I encountered two ladies working at the serving window, and one of them, who had blonde highlights, came to take my breakfast order. I noticed that before she grabbed my bread from a tray beneath the counter, she scratched her head and then proceeded to handle the bread without wearing gloves. I find this quite unclean and, frankly, disgusting. To the owner of this location, I strongly urge you to provide proper training for your staff on hygiene practices when serving customers."

"Had a taste for spanish food so I googled restaurants in the area and El Valle came up. Pictures of the food looked good so I decided to try it out. So the hot food is laid out behind the glass , it looked so delicious. Everything looked fresh they had white rice, yellow rice with beans and vegetable rice. They also had chicken stew, beef stew, rotisserie chicken, pieces of fried chicken amongst many other options. I had fried chicken chunks with vegetable rice and beans, my coworker had vegetable rice with beef stew and the other had yellow rice with beans and chicken stew. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food. The rice and meat had good seasoning. The waitresses were friendly. Service was fast. The restaurant had nice decor, nice to sit down and eat. It was also clean, so was the bathroom. I would most definitely go here again if in the area."

"I will never go to this restaurant again. I do not recommend this place. Save your money for something much tastier and better. I ordered the shrimp with garlic, and the menu stated that it came with a choice of white rice or yellow rice, a choice of tostones or Maduro, and beans and salad. I asked if it came with tostones and was told it was an additional $4. I was confused because the menu indicated it was included. Unfortunately, the shrimp had no garlic flavor and the beans were lacking in taste. My husband ordered the chuletas with white rice, and the menu stated it came with two chuletas. However, he only received a small one and a tiny piece of another, which the server claimed was a big one and a small one. The menu did not specify this discrepancy. Additionally, he did not receive the platanos that were included in the menu, for which we had to pay extra. It was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning."
