"Delicious! We tried the Nom Nom ramen, Katsu don, and chicken bao, and all the dishes were fantastic. I’ll focus on the ramen since that’s my go-to dish. I ordered it extra spicy, and it was excellent! Having visited Japan and sampled ramen in various cities, I tend to be selective, but this place exceeded my expectations. The broth was incredibly rich, with tender chashu that melted in my mouth, along with a nice assortment of vegetable toppings. The eggs were perfectly cooked, as you can tell from the photos. Many ramen restaurants in the U.S. often make the broth a bit too salty, which ruins the dish for me, but the flavor here was spot on. I particularly enjoyed the addition of extra ground meat in the broth. This has now become my favorite ramen spot in town. Plus, the decor is charming and cozy, making it a lovely dining experience overall. I can't wait to return!"
