"After another 20 minutes, she finally took our drink orders. In the meantime, another two-person table was seated, followed by a large group of women who split between the bar and another table. The kids' drinks didn’t arrive until about 40 minutes later, and they were mistakenly given to another table first. We ended up waiting an hour and 45 minutes for our food. I understand the challenges of being short-staffed, but it was frustrating to see that the large group of women, who arrived at least 20 minutes after us, received their meals before we did.
We also ordered five ranch dressings, and the waitress warned us that the kitchen probably wouldn’t bring them out with the food, so she got us five on her own. However, the kitchen surprisingly brought another five ranches with our meals, which left us with extras. When we were paying, the waitress inquired if we had used all of them because she could reuse those that were unopened. It felt really off to even consider that after the poor service we endured.
Additionally, the seating arrangement had us in a half-outdoor, half-indoor spot, which was unpleasant because the men at the table behind us were smoking the entire time. It made it hard to enjoy our meal with that smoke lingering in the air. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant."
