"Worst customer service in town. I ordered my food and was told 10-15 minutes, waited 20 just to be sure. Upon arrival they told me that I never called my order in at all. Even though I remember who took my order had the call on my phone. So they tell us the woman who took the order never put it in. No big deal, things happen, I understand don’t mind waiting. So we ask the girl at the counter to make sure the steak is medium rare not medium well, just as a reminder. The girl says “well the steak is already on the grill, so ....” so we ask if she will just make sure they don’t over cook it, she says “I guess but they’re already cooking it”. Pretty much telling me that I’ll get it however they cook it, regardless of what I ordered. No apology from management, just rude employees an over cooked steak. Unfortunate because I like the food, but I won’t be back."
