"The restaurant was quite busy, and we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We started with the calamari appetizer, which was absolutely delicious; I had to take a picture after we had already dug in. It was fresh and tender, and the accompanying red sauce was delightful. For our main dishes, I ordered the substantial BLT, and the house salad with added chicken was a generous portion. The French dip sandwiches were also delicious, and both the regular fries and sweet potato fries were excellent. They offer free drink refills and the prices are quite reasonable. Although the decor was somewhat outdated, it fit well with the charm of the old-fashioned hotel ambiance, which was perfectly fine. Overall, it was a lovely way to spend an afternoon in this historic little town. They also have a more formal dinner menu, but prices are slightly higher."
