"Love the food. Great location compared to where I live. But service is moody hit and miss every time. One time I came in February the bill was off by a lot.. the way that was handled was comical and unresolved. After an argument I just left without my change which 16$ for a tip .. and that’s after adjusting the bill .. that’s ok I guess. But second time around this happened this will be a no go for me again. Can hardly get server to get me anything. Other than that food is great. Drinks are strong. That part is satisfying. "This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was truly impressed. The customer service was outstanding, and the hospitality from the owners and staff was exceptional. I picked up some delicious, hefty steamed crabs next door at Seafood Day to Day, then went to their connected spot, Happy Times Seafood, for more seafood options. The golden fried shrimp were fresh, crispy, and absolutely delightful. Although it was my first experience here, I can definitely say it will be my go-to place from now on! I saw many patrons enjoying their seafood boils, and I can’t wait to try one during my next visit. A big thank you to Tallat, Alya, and Waseem!"

"All the food we ordered was delicious, especially the dessert that Sam recommended. We had pizzas, salads, various wings, a sandwich, shrimp, fries, garlic knots, garlic bread, fried zucchini, mozzarella cheese sticks, and ice cream. Thank you for providing such a wonderful meal for my family during our visit. We truly enjoyed everything!"

"This is easily one of the best steak torta burritos I've had in Everett. It was truly delicious, and I actually went back twice in one week! Each time, I was happy to find no fatty beef, which was fantastic. Unlike some other Mexican restaurants where the burritos or tortas can have greasy meat, this place got it just right. The only drawback I noticed was that the bread wasn't as toasted as at other locations. The taco combo was also wonderful, accompanied by refried beans and rice. The service was excellent—friendly and very attentive. Overall, everything was fantastic!"

"First time and won’t be returning. The service was fast, however it’s overpriced and they forgot pieces of our order (including the chips). Got takeout. Taquitos with shredded spicy meat so dry it’s literally turning to dust, no flavor. Quesadilla is plain just a tortilla and cheese. Shredded chicken in my taco came very bland and cold as if straight out of a can, and the burrito again, only has meat in it. I expected at least beans or cheese. It was so tough we had to cut it on a table with a steak knife. Rice had no flavor. The thing with the most ingredients, surprisingly so, was the refrained beans, which came topped with green onions thankfully. Genuinely disappointed. Taco Bell has more flavor and ingredients and I would have saved my money. (We spent nearly $15 per person here) "

"On the evening of February 28, 2018, we decided to order takeout from our favorite restaurant. My husband chose the Philly Steak Sandwich with fries, while I opted for the Mt. Nachos. We have been patrons of this restaurant for over ten years and have always loved the food and the staff. However, tonight's dinner was the worst meal I've ever experienced. Let me emphasize that—I struggled to eat it. We've always enjoyed fantastic food here, but tonight was an entirely different story. Although I plan to return to the restaurant for the same dishes we've enjoyed in the past, I won't be ordering takeout again. This isn't a reflection on the quality of the ingredients but rather on the truly disastrous preparation of the meal."

"On to the positives: the ambiance was pleasant and the music was enjoyable. The snapper was on the smaller side, but the curry was rich and flavorful. The curry shark had a unique taste, and you could tell it was cooked just right with a slightly charred finish, keeping the pieces tender. Customer service was excellent; our server was very attentive despite clearly having multiple responsibilities. If you enjoy drinks, you'll be pleased with the full bar that offers a wide selection. Overall, a solid dining experience!"

"First, the service never missed a beat. Always check on us, great attitude, very friendly, and the man has slept them with all their tables. I remembered her name. Now on the good stuff. My wife and I both had the cancer, they didn't disappoint at all. Perfectly seasoned and in no case small. Must try their famous bbq crabs and if you haven't tried them you are missing. So full of meat and the taste was killer! We'll be back soon!"

"The hubby asked if I wanted to go somewhere? I said sure, truth be told I was ready for settling in for the night from a long day.I was a trooper got dressed in 20. When we arrived the hostess was a lovely young lady. Got us a table in under 10 minutes with no reservation. We were seated in the back the middle of the space under some heavy light (I’m light sensitive) so we requested a more. No issue there either. Except the waitress though she would inform us of the change in waitress. I really didn’t mind. She was a bit rushed anyway.We got our appetiser which was very savoury, the sangria wasn’t bad but needs some improvements. This where we should’ve stopped and requested the bill. I asked for my tuna to be slightly heated. The issue I had was the rice was cold. Everything felt like it was taken from the refrigerator and put on a plate. My husband had the fish and chips.The fries was like eating fries from McDonald’s and the fish was worst. It was heavily battered, I had my magnifying glass looking for the fish and the amount was as if he begged for it. I said they forgot the other piece. He was not happy to say the least. For that I think he over tipped. See from the pictures and judge for yourself. The next day he said he needed fish and chips because he was disappointed with his meal on Friday. This time we went local and was pleasantly surprised it also cost half the price.Do better! The fake rush thing you wait staff does is unnecessary and quiet frankly rude."

"When I walk past a lunch spot 90 percent of the time it's not during lunch and I'm left wondering what kind of place is only open for four hours. On rare occasions a menu of such a spot will grab my attention and I'll go out of my way to eat there. It's even more rare that I won't be disappointed with mediocre food and service. Kabob House beat the odds. The Kurt Gibson of East 5th's arcade. My experience consisted of great service, the lady running the show costimized my falafel sandwich to my liking and never stopped smiling. The food itself was tasty, healthy, and filling. What are you expecting from a middle eastern takeout spot in the arcade that's open from 11-4 on weekdays. It shouldn't be anything special, because you're not going to get that from a place like Kabob House. However you will get the subtleness of good service and good food."

"In a city that isn’t particularly known for good food, this is (by far) the best restaurant in Salinas. I got the standard chicken curry made extra spicy, and it was honestly some of the best curry I’ve ever had. My friend got the chicken grilled with herbs and it was some of the most flavourful grilled chicken I’ve tried as well. Super flavourful, very rich, and a perfect amount of spice on all of the food for me. The server and chef were incredibly friendly, and the food came out fast. Even being as picky as I am I couldn’t possibly recommend this place more."

"The Marietta location really needs to make some improvements, starting with the customer experience. We discovered this restaurant last week and picked up a menu. However, when we scanned the QR code on it, our order ended up being sent to the Griffin location. When we arrived at Windy Hill to pick up our food, they didn't have our order. I also noticed that the information on the site was incorrect. The manager was rude and unhelpful in resolving the issue. Because it was already late, we decided to place another order at the Windy Hill location. I then called Chownow to cancel the original order, but the manager at Griffin refused to issue a refund, which forced me to escalate my complaint to Chownow regarding their menu. Given all the hassle, we hoped the food would be worth it, but it was quite disappointing. The green beans were terrible, the fish was overly salty and overcooked, and the hushpuppies were lacking in flavor and also overcooked. This was my first and last visit to this location; they have too many issues to be worth returning. We won’t be back!"

"The woman and I had a desire for something sushi after a stressful day at work. This place was very rated so we thought we would give him a chance. We went in at about 6:30 a.m. and sat within a minute for regular food. We decided to share a special boiled role called the Crispy Spicy Roll and wanted some of the other regular boiled reels as well as we did the Pick 3 reels, California Roll, Spicy Crab Roll, and Shrimp Tempura. My wife really enjoyed everyone, but I was really blown away from the Crispy Spicy Roll. I prefer boiled rolls, and this is one of my new favorites. I made the tuna version, and it was a tasty melt-in-your-mouth experience, as well as I ordered a second half way through."

"I ordered take-out for lunch here and I'll definitely be coming back. The $8 I spent on the lunch menu gave me a surprising amount of food. I would have expected a medium-sized container of chicken and rice for that cost, but adding a medium-sized bowl of egg-drop soup pushed it easily into revisit territory. The food was good, the usual take-out affair, and was filling enough to be a large meal; surprising for a lunch menu. My only issue is that there weren't utensils with the food, but that's a minor thing."

"While I may not be an expert on authentic Mexican cuisine, I believe this place comes pretty close. My wife enjoyed the street tacos, and I loved the California burrito and horchata. Everything was delicious, freshly grilled, and reasonably priced. I would definitely eat here again. Parking can be a bit limited, but it shouldn't be an issue unless it's very busy."
