"Well, where to begin. We went last night for mine and my sisters' birthdays. The service was horrible we sat with empty drinks for a while every time. We were eating chips and salsa waiting on our food and there were 2 small white curly hairs in 2 separate bowls of salsa. The waiter proceeds to tell us they are cilantro stems and its fine. So, we were done with the salsa but still kind of looking forward to our food. I got my San Loius Fundido with extra cheese. My plate did not have extra cheese it looked just like my nephews who got the same thing without extra cheese. The waiter did bring it on the said but after about 5 bites I then pulled a very long black hair out of my plate. Needless to say I was most definitely done eating after that! They got my nieces plate wrong. She ordered a burrito that came with smothered cheese and there wasn't a drop of cheese on her plate when she asked they said oh no that doesn't come with cheese. The menu clearly states that it does. Then we get to dessert they come over with the sombreros and start singing Happy Birthday, which was very nice until the waiter took it upon himself to put whip cream on my nose, cheek and forehead. Who does that. You don't just put food on people's faces especially a stranger. Very weird to me. They did take my meal off the bill but I did not get to eat. I most definitely didn't want anything else from there. This was a horrible experience, and we will NEVER go back. You can go judge for yourself though!!! If you are brave enough."

"One downside is the location’s convenience; it’s situated in the center of the shopping area, and I'm uncertain if there are any designated handicap parking spots available, which is something to keep in mind. I opted to sit on the patio, which was pleasant and dog-friendly, but despite plenty of servers around, we waited a solid 20 minutes without chips. By the time they arrived, the queso was cold, and I expected chips to be the first item on the table. The drinks, while not made from overly sweet artificial margarita mix, also didn't impress. On the positive side, the salsa was fresh and delicious. The guacamole tasted great too, but its smooth texture was a bit off for my taste; I prefer chunky guacamole, which made me question its freshness—it reminded me of the packaged kind from the store. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the flavor, but some chunkiness would enhance it. For my entree, I ordered the Quesabirria, and it was really good! It came with three tacos, double-wrapped in tasty corn tortillas, griddled with a flavorful consommé, and generously filled with tender meat and melted cheese. The consommé was thick and hearty, clinging nicely to the tortilla, and I appreciated the cilantro and onions in the broth. Personally, I would have liked extra cilantro and onions on the tacos, but I suppose I could have requested that. I also ordered a side of rice, but they initially brought me fries. Thankfully, the rice didn’t take too long to arrive after that slip-up. While the rice was decent, it wasn’t my favorite—it could have used a bit more flavor. My friend ordered the ACP Texano and enjoyed it. I've had some decent experiences at Monte D's, but I haven't been overwhelmingly impressed. It’s a convenient option for a quick meal, but with so many similar restaurants in the area, I'm not sure this one stands out enough. I enjoy the cuisine, but there’s definitely room for improvement to reach that next level of greatness!"

"We went to this restaurant for years and are the way for our Mexican cuisine. There are several Mexican restaurants in the area so that the theme is fairly saturated, but we always chose Mexico restaurant over the others. First, it is always clean and well organized and the prices are very fair for the provided foods. We have always experienced an exceptional customer service from all, including managers, servers and host. They may not be as high as competitors or over the top, but we are here hundreds of times and have never complained about the service. The food is good and they do a great task to update the menu and offer new items. It is not an authentic kitchen, but is enough to offer a good meal. We have a family member with heavy gluten allergies, and this is the only Mexican restaurant where she feels comfortable, and they offer her many opportunities. The bar drinks are definitely short spectacular, but for those looking for a family-friendly atmosphere, Mexico does not really promote alcohol and its bar is always empty. Anyone looking for a bar scene will be disappointed. The terrace is amazing, but inside is comfortable, but a bit boring and not as loud and flamboyant as some of the other restaurants. In the end, in a highly saturated topic, we continue to come here about others because of the consistency and above-average brands in all areas. It's not fantastic at all, but we've never been disappointed."

"My experience at this restaurant was truly remarkable. Before stepping in, it's important to embrace the beautiful cultural difference that shines through, especially if you don't speak Spanish. This unique characteristic adds a special charm to the place. Patience and kindness are key, as the staff here are incredibly warm hearted and eager to assist. When I tipped, I was met with genuine gratitude, a testament to their hard work and deep desire to succeed. They deserve to thrive because they are good, hardworking people. Throughout my visit, I witnessed strong leadership, genuine camaraderie, and a palpable sense of teamwork. The restaurant’s design is intriguing and captivating, blending country contemporary elements with a touch of South American flair. This blend of styles reflects their effort to connect with the local community while honoring their roots. It's refreshing to see a space that doesn't strictly follow conventional design rules but instead tells a story of bridging cultural gaps. In their unique design, you'll find American contemporary touches, simple Southern style hanging art, and pieces that speak to their heritage. This blend creates a beautiful, harmonious environment that feels welcoming and authentic. I pray that the Lord blesses this establishment with prosperity today and for the next hundred years. May they continue to spread the joy and unity they've cultivated within their team and contribute. Next I will type this in Spanish so they can read and understand what I'm saying however language is never perfect when trying to describe an idea from Spanish to English My experience at this restaurant was truly extraordinary.
