"Yesterday, my family and I went to lunch at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the hostess was not very helpful in answering our questions. Despite being a customer for several years, dating back to 2001, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. The lunch options included rice, a sweet dish, and a choice of soup or salad. When I inquired about adding noodles to our order, the hostess informed me that noodles were only available with the early bird special. She did not offer to add noodles to our lunch order, and I found her attitude rude and unaccommodating. Even my 12-year-old noticed the poor service. I attempted to speak with the owner, but I was unsure if he understood English as there were no other customers present. The restaurant was empty by 2:00 pm. I appreciate that changes may have been made to the lunch menu, but I will not return when there are other nearby options with better customer service. I will be informing my family to take their business elsewhere. It is important for the owner to make improvements to keep the business afloat. Feedback from customers, regardless of age, should be taken seriously to ensure success. Best of luck with future endeavors."
