"Regarding the bill: it totaled $105 for four of us, each of whom ordered an entrée and at least one alcoholic drink. However, the payment process was quite frustrating. They rely on outdated digital payment systems, and splitting the bill by item was a nightmare. While there is a feature to split it evenly among four people, that didn’t work for us since one friend had three drinks while the rest of us only had one each. It turned into quite a hassle.
These credit card machines were new to me, despite being a regular customer for years. The last time I visited was in 2021, and they didn’t have these cumbersome devices then.
My suggestion for La Fiesta is to maintain the excellent quality of the food—it's just as good as I remember—but to update or replace those credit card machines. It shouldn't be the customers’ responsibility to calculate the bill, including tips and taxes, especially when we’re already tipping the servers to help us with this—particularly at a rate of 25%!"
