"It was very busy, but the restaurant has a lot of seats, so I didn't have to wait long. The food seems to be made fresh. I ordered the Oaxaca Bowl and it was amazing. Good food, rice and beans were tasteful. The vegetables should not be overcooked. The free chips were warm and the salsa was lightly spicy. Be careful because it is easy to fill them. My waiter checked me regularly and the place was pretty clean. Compared to recent experience in similar restaurants, I am very impressed. A huge television hangs over the seats that show FIFA World Cup. The decor is beautiful and you have comfortable high-back stands. I will definitely be back!"

"We are visiting from CT. The food was good, the margaritas were good (my favorite was the banana margarita) , the server was great! No issues and the drinks got us pretty good! I highly recommend this place. But just know there is a 16% gratituity added already, a covid fee, and also just seat yourself and save the time standing there looking stupid lol."

"We spent a significant amount of money on our order, but unfortunately, only one item was correct. I ordered an avocado salad to go with my chimichanga, but it was missing. My son requested the nachos supreme, and instead received two small beef enchiladas. My husband ordered the enchiladas supreme and received what he wanted. I understand that we placed our delivery order 45 minutes before El Vacaros was set to close, but that does not justify receiving anything less than what we paid for! When we dine in, they never place the cheese sauce on the side, despite my repeated requests. And for delivery, we didn’t even receive half of what we ordered. Because of these issues, I am not inclined to return to El Vacaros."

"I ordered the Club sandwich with ham and turkey at Kettle Diner, and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of meat, bread, and condiments was perfectly balanced. For my side, I chose the steak fries—they were tasty, though a bit crispier and more seasoned would have made them even better. The kids picked breakfast items from the menu: the youngest enjoyed silver dollar pancakes, one shaped like Mickey Mouse, while the oldest opted for the Four Deuces. They shared the eggs and bacon; the pancakes were fluffy, and the eggs and bacon were quite good, though the eggs could have used a pinch more salt. The service was prompt, everything arrived hot and fresh, making it a fantastic dining experience. Thank you, Kettle Diner, for a wonderful meal!"

"We’ve been walking by Los Mariachis for years and finally got a chance to stop in. Hands down the best Mexican food in the neighborhood. Super authentic and a great menu. We got tacos, chicken and steak both excellent. LA style tacos. No flourtortillas here. Also got chicken milanesa platter. Comes with rice and beans. the quesadilla was not why I expected. It wasfried and amazing. The waitstaff was so great. Definitely will be back soon. I’ve been so curious about this spot. What anamazing restaurant on CIA."

"First time back in a year. Sadly very disappointed. Price have increased by at least 25% which I could understand due to inflation but food quality has really dropped off. Portions are smaller, Ordered seafood C himi and was undercooked and filled with mock crab for $18.00. Bean were straight out of a can were soupy and rice was bland. Both were unfortunately Luke warm. Service was very good and staff was very polite but come on food quality is frankly very poor. They need to take a step back and reevaluate the operation and get back to the basics of good food. Like the place and want them to succeed but at this rate people will be looking for other option"

"Good tacos and great service. Music was a bit loud, especially when trying to have a conversation with friends. They played some sports games on the TVs which was nice when sitting at the bar. "I visited this restaurant with a friend for dinner on a Thursday night, and we had to wait 45 minutes for a table for two. I appreciate their waitlist system, which allows you to see where you stand, but the restaurant was so crowded that there was hardly any space to sit and enjoy your drink while waiting. The skinny margaritas were quite tasty, and the chips and salsa were incredibly fresh. I ordered a combo to try the smothered green chili sauce, which was good, though it was a bit light and some of the flavor got lost. The ground beef taco and the enchilada were both enjoyable as well. Service was relatively quick! However, at one point during our meal, water started pouring down from the ceiling two tables away. Thankfully, we didn’t have to relocate, but it was quite unexpected and a bit alarming to see where the water was coming from. Also, the place tends to get really smoky at times."

"We tried three different dishes that were all very good. The grilled salmon tacos were topped with grilled pineapple and served on a thicker than usual tortilla. We also had sopes, one chicken, one beef. Well-seasoned, shredded meats on a doughy corn base and topped with lettuce. We added a beef taco topped with a delicious avocado/salsa/crema. My favorite. Each taco had enough meat for two tacos. Restaurant has a fast casual feel. You order at the counter, but they will bring your order to you. Plenty of outdoor seating and a salsa bar with plenty of options."

"The food was flavorful, but as someone else stated, the shrimp was cooked dirty. Sangria wasn't very strong, yet very refreshing on a hot summer day. The waiter was awful. No personality, forgot my chips and salsa, had to ask even. They came after my meal. I asked for beans instead of rice, but got rice anyway. There are better choices nearby. You have to pay at the register, no table service which is super lame today."

"We enjoyed our experience so much that we went back today, but what a difference! Even though I ordered the same items, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food this time. The green beans were not hot, the fries were limp despite my request for crispy, and the shrimp tasted overcooked and overly salty. The green beans were tough too. When I asked about my roll, they told me I wasn’t supposed to get one, even though I received one during my last visit. They did eventually give me one after I showed them a picture of my meal with it. Today was such a disappointment after our fantastic experience last week. Last time, everything — the shrimp, chicken, and green beans — was excellent, but not so much today."

"my man and I visited this diner on Friday morning and we both had our masks up and decided to sit on the back at one of the stands. there were these dame who worked the casser and every time she would pass our table, she would cough loudly. first I thought wow, she should wear a mask if she doesn't feel good, but after the third time, my man and I observed that she did it only every time she went past the table. Finally, the previous time (yes it was a forward) she did the fake cough thing and admired her coworkers); that strengthened what we suspected was doing it before. I thought that would not be nice to treat customers who wear their masks in an NJ restaurant. the bad news is, we will never return this dune thanks to it; the good news is raymond is just a few steps away and is much more inviting with better manage and customer service."

"Stopped for lunch while at one of the museums across the street! Beautiful little restaurant, and all the people were so kind, especially to my kids. The kids menu was great and all the prices were very reasonable. The food was really tasty. Overall, it was a great experience, and I was really glad we ended up walking over. Highly recommend!!!"

"I must say I almost didn’t go bc of the low rating and pretty bad reviews I read. I don’t live in Texas. I was in town for work and I love Chili’s. I’ve been a Chili’s Rewards member for years. Once I read the reviews, I went in with very low expectations. I had a great experience. I sat at the bar my bartender , Bri promptly asked what I wanted to drink, I asked about drink specials and she told me about the $6 margarita of the month. I don’t remember what it was called but it was one of the best margaritas I’ve had at a restaurant. I didn’t have to wait for my chips and salsa, which I enjoyed while I watched the games they had on that night and waited for my order to be prepared. The Chili’s where I’m from took beef nachos off the menu so I was happy to be able to enjoy my favorite dish at this Chili’s. When my plate camr, it was fresh and hot. I came in kind of late, so Bri was sure to ask if I wanted another margarita since it was last call. I’m glad because I did want another tasty drink. Then, when I noticed I was the last person in the bar, I made the comment that “I need to hurry.” And Bri told me to take my time, no worries. It’s unfortunate so many people had a bad experience, but I rate MY experience 5-stars all the way around."

"They waited us out for a text when our table was ready. Waiting time wasn't long. Customers will be separated according to Kovid rules. The waiter was polite and informative about the distance between the girls. The food was delicious and fantastic, as always! The ordering technique has changed with an I-pad of any kind for displaying menu and payment of the tab. However, a regular menu was provided if necessary. It was fun and relaxing! A great time was from all!!"
