"One of my favorite cafeteria-style restaurants. The food is consistently excellent, and there's always a diverse selection to choose from. Today, the meals were exceptionally fresh, and the staff serving the food were particularly friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and quiet, which I really appreciated. Overall, it offers great value."

"It 's almost heartbraking for me to write this review, but after my last experice I felt I had to.When I say growning up, visiting this Piccadilly location was almost like fine dinning. I am not sure why, but when my family came here, it was like we was doing sumthing.I remember the servers all smiling, and lined up as you go down the line, pointing out everything that was hot and ready to go. The only way I can explain it was like this was Putting on the Ritz type eating.I thought I would take my grand daughter here so that she might experice that fine dinning move her away from the fast food, she so loves. It was anything but. Yes the resturant looks same, but everything had changed. As I went down the line, the food didn 't look as fresh as I remembered. It looked like there were only 3 people serving the line. Now I get it, parts of the experices is self serve. But I recall there being someone at each section of the line. Not any more.I got to one section (vegtables) and found two older ladies seem to be having a conversation; and regardless of me standing there, whatever they seem to be talking about, had to be talked about. So I waitied.Once I was reconized, just then...And Amber Alert hit everones phone, and I was told Oh I am sorry, I got to check this, somebody bady done been stolen! . So I waited again. You see, somehow this lady was going to be able to read the message and contribute something to the rescue of the child even standing being this line at Piccadilly 's.She then tells me that she had to check it Because it could be your child out there missing! No it couldn 't...my child is right here with me.Next stop, the chasier. And what do you know, I am still awaiting somebody to stop doing what they are doing to notice I am standing there. As I order, my grand wanted the chicken fingers, of witch had not been ready. But I was told It would be up and ready by the time I get to my table. And then 20 min later, no chicken fingers.I was given a refund, and I think they understood how crazy this was. But it was sad to see such a great place run so bad.I felt like there was nothing left of my time growing up. The Mall was already dead, but I thought Piccadilly would hold up."

"On Saturday night, I placed an online food order and paid with my debit card on the website. However, when the driver arrived to deliver the food, he insisted I owed him the full amount. I ended up paying him $30 in cash to cover the $24.52 charged to my card along with a tip. I noticed that some of the food was missing and when I brought it up, the driver showed me the receipt and claimed it wasn't part of the order. I checked my online order and found that the missing item, pasta, was indeed included in the charge. After calling the restaurant, the driver returned with the missing pasta. Upon further inspection, I realized that I received chocolate cake instead of the tiramisu I ordered. When I tried to contact the restaurant again, no one answered. The driver, who seemed unaware of the issue, insisted that he only delivers what he is given. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, I have been unable to reach a manager for a refund for the overcharge. I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant and the shady practices I encountered. I have tried contacting them multiple times without success and would never order from them again. I advise caution if you choose to order from here."

"My Bridesmaids and I decided to have lunch there after dress shopping, and we thought the food would be good but unfortunately it wasnât. I paid for adults and one child and we barely ate the food. "The menu has a good variety of options, and the beer is served ice cold. It's not extravagant, but it definitely satisfies. I ordered the ribeye, which was tasty; it was slightly over medium rare, but I didn’t mind. The mashed potatoes were just like the ones I grew up with—hearty and filling. The vegetables were cooked perfectly as well."

"It's been a while since i've been here. I was really looking forward to picking up pizza today with the craving. Was not a good day for pizza here. The topping, cheese and sauce were just fine. However, the extremely stale and hard crust killed it. I had to eat the toppings only. It really wasn't a busy time of day. I would've figured that it would've been spot on good. I've had very good experiences here in the past. In order for a restaurant to keep their game going strong.... you've got to give them the criticism as well as the praise. I hope when I go back again sometime in the near future. the result will be different. As the prices of these pizzas keep going up, so should the quality. Not the other way around."

"This small city restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere. They offer a variety of dishes such as travel, sandwiches, and pizza (sometimes on the heavier side). It's a great place to grab a bite to eat."

"Awful! The smell of the air freshener was reminiscent of food in a bathroom! The fettuccine tasted like a cheese soup of some sort! The salad seemed old and came out of a bag, drenched in too much dressing. How is this place still in business? Avoid it!"

"I'd give this place a zero if I could. We decided to try it out because of the rating. But, it turned out to be very disappointing. I ordered chicken parm, which was a large piece of chicken, but so so flavor. The bed of spaghetti it sat on had not been drained properly and there was about 1/4 of water in the bottom of plate/bowl, so when I went to stir the sauce around, it became very watery. The sauce had very little flavor to start with, so this made it even less flavorful. My friend had eggplant parm, and she felt the same way about hers as I did about the chicken parm. She also ordered a gorgonzola salad and didn't realize she'd get a creamy dressing on it. When she requested just oil and vinegar instead, it arrived with 99% romaine (which was at least very fresh), about a dozen (if that) small crumbles of gongonzola, and what appeared to be a couple of cherry tomatoes cut up. Again, very disappointing. My husband had baked ziti with sausage. He said thank goodness for the sausage, because the pasta had no flavor. When I tasted it, it tasted like wax. We were offered cheese and pepper, but had to remind the waiter to bring it. He appeared to have more tables than he could handle. We then ordered dessert, the tiramisu came frozen couldn't even get the spoon through it and cheesecake with raspberry sauce that was very bitter. The cheesecake itself was good, but most places order their cheesecake from other places, so guessing that's what they did here. We figured out of everything we ordered, we'd get one good meal and one good dessert, but we figured wrong. Save your money (they are not cheap). Go elsewhere."

"we all know what is going on. Yes, eating made by her mother or grandmother serves under cozy dining light, so natural that they don't even think about how it tastes. it is simple and of course “good food”. the Italian restaurant of pesto is really intended for this word. to be honest, any Italian restaurant they are looking for are either chic or “pizza and pasta” directed. this restaurant is also not. when they eat in and eat their food, they feel like every taste “home food”. nothing too chic, nothing too cheap, but really secret. You were invited by your Italian friend and his grandmother cooked you teller and these plates can be quite normal to them. but for them, it is not just another Italian teller. I don't know how to describe this place. you just have to try! Of course, all who work there are super friendly and warm. we do not often go because of the removal. but whenever we pass, we go there. try their seafood chioppino, which is simply perfect, and artichokes gorgonzola pizza, cheesy but fresh."

"We were going to park our Winnebago in the Walmart parking lot but once we got there a very pale toothless man making quick movements with his hands and jaw"
"Went here with my sister for dinner. The parking lot was absolutely packed, but it was more for the bar downstairs than the restaurant on the main level...."

"I had such a great first visit that I know it won't be my last! If you're looking for healthier dining options like I am, you absolutely must try the eggplant parmesan. I'm sure the regular meat pasta is excellent as well. The wings, pasta, salad, and mozzarella sticks were all fantastic. My only suggestion would be to add a little more butter and seasoning to the garlic knots. The service was outstanding too! Thank you to everyone!"
"I should also mention that the pizza I received was visually appealing; you can tell they made an effort to ensure it looked nice and symmetrical. I really appreciate that attention to detail, especially since many places just throw together a lopsided, uneven pizza without considering aesthetics or flavor balance. It's a nice touch. Unfortunately, I didn't take a great photo since I had already eaten half of it! If I had to be picky, I think there could be a bit less sauce and cheese, and the pizza could be a touch thinner. It’s quite a hearty slice and might feel slightly heavy. All in all, this is an excellent pizza, even by New York standards, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I hope the quality remains consistent with this first impression. I love that they’re listed on Slice, and the employees were friendly. I would absolutely return. Portnoy would likely say it's a solid football pie and give it a rating of 7.9."

"Becoming here here years, great food, selections, prices, friendly staff, Owners work the restaurant which earns a lot of respect as they are hands on, great service..in the busy times, Ask for Anna or Mary if you go there to eat. Prices have gone up a tad but not to much out of the ballpark. Be patient as with every other business out they are running a little short on staff sometimes and food times could take a little longer. They all are trying to get to every guest as quickly as possible with that same great service one has come to expect from them.Features: No mask required. Barrier at checkout. Tables wiped and cleaned after each guess leaves.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of tables to accommodate a child and highchairs are availableWheelchair accessibility: Some tables can accommodate a wheelchair"
