"This place is destined to become a legendary landmark should NJ be destroyed and we had to select which places were most memorable in our history. The ambiance and decor here are unique and beautiful all which seems to be artistically balanced and well taken care of. Beautiful backend restaurant settings, a large wood based bar setting, with side stations where darts and other games are available. The goal of my visit was to explore and savor their craft beers that are brewed onsite. I visit many breweries to explore their brews and while one finds many winners, there's always a few brews that aren't agreeable with your tastebuds. At Gaslight Brewery, every beer I sampled was a hit! There were 2 types of brews I'm generally not fond of, but they were so carefully crafted at Gaslight, that they were pleasurable experiences. In short, Gaslight has experienced brewers who understand that crafting beer is both an art and a science. Others in my party had foods and they expressed stellar joys with their eats. Menu does have a great selection of eats. Another awesome factor to this place: no overbearing TVs. I know this sounds odd, but many places are plastered with 8 15 large screen TV's blasting different sports simultaneously. It's distracting. It steals from your experience. Here, there are 2 4 small TV's that are strategically placed in areas for those that need to watch sports. The ambiance here is dim in evening with excellent selections of tunes playing in the background, while a candle quietly glows on your table. Initial service seemed a bit slow, but that's a waiter employee issue. Heck, the bartender with the legendary beard walked to our table to take drink orders and genuinely asked if we were enjoying our experience. He was kind, charismatic, and genuine in his sincerity. I believe he is the owner. Thank you sir for a memorable time. Place is highly recommended for good brews and eats in a chill ambiance. Oh, you can park around on side streets and use the brewery's rear entrance. Should you be interested in beer making, inquire about the courses and supplies available on the top floor."

"Flint Hill Public House was recommended to us by the inn that my husband and I were staying at over the weekend. After hearing mixed reviews from other guests we decided to take a shot and give it a try. The dining room was beautifully decorated and we were seated promptly upon arrival. Our waitress was knowledgeable and able to make suggestions at our request. My husband and I ended up choosing the crab cakes and catfish per her recommendation. Unfortunately both entrees were quite a let down. The catfish was raw in the center and the crab cakes were runny and served with almost raw red potatoes. I love potatoes, so trust that this was not a deal breaker for me, but the crab cakes left left much to be desired. My husband and I both have many years of experience in the fine dining industry, so we are not ones to complain unless something is truly undercooked. Upon informing the waitress of our problem with the catfish, she returned to say the chef was sorry and that the cut was rather large and must have been the reason for the poor prep of the dish. At no point did the chef offer to further cook the dish or offer a dessert to make up for the poorly cooked dish. My husband and I were not looking for a free meal by any means, but when a chef acknowledges the reality of a problem and nothing is done that is a true breakdown in customer service. We will not be returning on our next visit to the area."

"Summary: This is the worst and most expensive Indian buffet I have eaten in the triangle area. Customer service is also the worst I have ever seen, not exaggerating a little bit. Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.Details: I went to this buffet with two friends a few days back. I generally never write this long a review but you can take a guess about what a horrible experience we had from the detailed review below. I would honestly give it less than one start if that was possible. See below for our experience:Price: The buffet is only available during the weekend (I have no complaints for that). However, even considering a weekend price, the price of the buffet was $19.34 including tax which is the highest among all the Indian buffets I have eaten in this area.Customer service: There was literally one single person/waitress on the front desk who was managing the customers and seemed to have the least experience. She greeted us when we entered, but did not take us to our table. She gave us a jug of water only after each of us had finished one plate of food. Nobody took away our dirty plates after we finished food. We had a stack of dirty plates in front of us by the end of the buffet, when finally someone took that stack away. The waitress never checked on us if everything is good. She did not know whether mimosa is included in the menu (see later in the Drinks section for interesting details). When we paid for the buffet, she gave us the customer copy to sign and let us take the merchant 's copy (which we realized later).Ambience: The AC was not working, there was a single stand fan inside the restaurant which was trying to make up for that, but in vain. The TV had YouTube on, where songs were playing from a terrible mash up of Hindi songs sung by some random singer.Food variety: I am ready to pay the price if it 's a good buffet; but alas, Mint does not have one. There were chicken tandoori and vegetable fritters for appetizer. For the main course, there were naan, jeera rice, chicken tandoori, kadai chicken, chicken tikka masala, chana masala, vegetable fritters, a gobi curry. For the dessert, there were watermelons, gulab jamun, salad, raita, tamarind and green chutneys. There was no red meat or biryani. Moreover, there was small quantity of everything and they took a lot of time to refill. See below for the horrible food quality.Food quality: The naans were terribly dry, the rice was okay. Chicken tikka masala, gobi curry, chicken tandoori, and gulab jamun were relatively better than other items. Kadai chicken was dry, chana masala had no taste, vegetable fritters were so so. The chutneys and raita were far from what they are supposed to taste like. Overall, the quality of food was below average. And they took a lot of time to refill chicken tandoori and gulab jamun.Drinks: I don 't go to Indian buffet for drinks but Mint particularly announces their unlimited mimosa as a mandatory part of the buffet (and when I called them before going, they justified the price of the buffet by mentioning mimosa). However, the mimosa was a joke in the disguise of a horrible orange juice with negligible alcohol in it. Nobody served it to us and the waitress initially had no idea that it was part of the buffet when my friend asked her where it is (she still did not serve it to us).Overall, this is an over priced buffet with bad quality of food and a far worse customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
