"Their service was horrible I had a knee problem and it was raining so I ordered curbside pick up I called them they asked me to come in, when I went in bald guy asked me for my phone to show him my order I had forgot it in my car cuz I was frustrated due to a pain, I had to go back out walk to Sunoco get my phone so I did and I put it on top of the table so he could see it, but he was like I can not touch your phone pick it up and show me so I did and he couldn’t see it cuz I was little bit far from him cuz he was whining about covid and I stood 6ft from him, then he grabbed my phone and started looking closer. I’m sure their food is good but service wise they suck."

"This is some of the worst pizza I've ever eaten it lacks flavor and the workers at this establishment can be duplicitous. Be posted signs indicating pizza deals are often being ignored and they raise prices randomly. Do not buy pizza from them if youcan avoid it. If you do decide to buy pizza from them only use the coupons in the printed menu and look at your receipt as youwill probably be overcharged for add-ons that are not indicated. If you go through with the process of getting a pizza from themjust know that I warned you and you're wasting your money because you can find better frozen pizzas then this hand tossed Pizza.That is how flavorless this pizza was."

"We ordered a pizza several evenings ago and were informed that it would arrive in 25-30 minutes. After an hour and a half we called to find out what was going on, and ended up canceling our order. The girl was apologetic and promised us a credit for a free pizza the next time we ordered. Against my better judgement I agreed to allow my husband to order from there again. When he called the owner stated that he would not honor the pizza credit. He could not even apologize for the previous service, or lack there of, that we received from his pizza restaurant. If you order a pizza form Di Napoli’s, go pick it up yourself and save some hassle."

"I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about; this is my favorite restaurant! The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, and they even remembered me when I returned after five years. It’s one of the few Asian seafood restaurants that offers such a diverse menu. They have everything from chicken and lobster to shark fins, duck, and oysters. And their egg rolls are simply amazing!"

"What can I say about this restaurant and its staff? They are truly incredible, and the customer service is outstanding. Tonight, we hosted a basketball banquet for our lively team, consisting of 105 people, and the food was served promptly, hot, and absolutely delicious. "We've loved this restaurant for years and we're so happy they held on through the crazy pandemic and shut downs. Lovely old fashioned diner vibe. Even when they are short staffed the waitresses were still pleasant and quick. That's a huge noticeable thing! Fair prices which is refreshing!"

"Disappointed because I called the restaurant for a delivery for a few subs and a pizza. I was told I was WAY OUT THERE, and they wouldn 't deliver my food. Once I got on your website and saw that you participated with Slice, I checked to see if I was within delivery distance and the app stated that I was. I have heard Great things about this pizza place and being in an unfamiliar area since my recent move, I wanted to try you guys out. I didn 't pursue my order with Slice because I thought the staff would know it was me and possibly mess up my order. The next day I took a round about the area for the first time and was surprised to find your restaurant within 8-10minutes away. I am in the same zip code 27101 and it makes no sense that the staff says no delivery to my area, but yet the Slice app says differently-so which is it? Take your staffs word over phone or order through Slice, Please Advise. Thank You. After writing this review, it actually states that I am only 2.9miles away...Go Figure; seems to me like they have a certain clientele they serve... Hope this isn 't the case as I would enjoy A Lot of the food on your menu. Looking forward to a response at your earliest convenience."

"On the way to rock the horse race, we stopped here for lunch. The pictures on the website have caught my attention. When we first arrived, my wife and mother almost wanted to go in law, but I had done my homework on the drive and read reviews and had a feeling that the food would be great. Needless to say, they both apologised me when the food blown us away!!! I found in my experience that the little ones? Hole in the wall? Places like these always have KILLER food!"

"This restaurant may not look like much, but the food and service were fantastic! We had heard that the steaks here were delicious, so we had to try it for ourselves, and we were not disappointed. The cuts of steak were juicy and tender. We also tried the calamari, which was thick cut and fresh, not your average pieces. The restaurant is small inside and they accept reservations as well as walk-ins. We thought we would arrive early to avoid the crowds, but even at 4:50 on a Saturday, the place was packed. The wait wasn't too long as they seemed to move people through quickly."

"We recently placed our first delivery order at this restaurant. The person who took our order over the phone seemed unprofessional as my wife had to repeat our address multiple times before it was finally understood. To make matters worse, we ordered two slices of carrot cake for dessert but only received one in our delivery. The seafood combo dinner we ordered was served cold and all the items were overcooked. The fries were soggy and inedible. We are extremely disappointed with our experience and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. We will not recommend Nick's Pizza to our friends."

"This was by far the best restaurant experience I have ever had. The owner greeted us warmly and provided menu suggestions. I started with the Thai Spring Rolls as an appetizer, which were delicious and lightly fried. For my entree, I had the Thai Beef Pho which was perfectly seasoned and served with a variety of garnishes and sauces. The owner even brought me peanuts and sugar to enhance the dish. The broth was so tasty that I drank the whole bowl and was then given a whole new bowl of noodles! For dessert, I ordered the Thai Bananas with Red Potato, Coconut with jackfruit, and mango ice cream which were all amazing. I also had bubble tea which was fantastic. The owner treated us like family and the decor was modern and clean. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Stark county."
