"more than 10 minutes for someone to even welcome us. we said we had reservations and the girl that helps us look too empty and then ran away. we were not sure what to do. so we were there hoping to catch the attention of another employee. a few minutes later, another girl approached us and we said we stopped again, she said no one told me to hang and let us stand there for about 5 minutes while she got a table ready (mind you, it was not busy and there was MANY tables empty) we finally sit and the server just goes away! No one confuses us water or tells us about the menu. nothing. we sat there for a good 10 minutes more, before a dame came out of the teeplace and hastily told her to order?! we said we were coming more human. she just ran away. our friends came right there and we all talked about what we could order, as this was our first time here and we wanted to try many things out of the GIANT menu! after another 15 minutes we began to notice that other people had come in and have already eaten! we really felt uncomfortable at this point and wondered if we should talk to a manager. we decided to wait a few minutes and see if someone would help us. it was funny at this point! after approx. Five minutes we got up and went out. no one hired hit a whisper when we all got out. Serious service! I'll never go back. it wasn't busy! the personal was not friendly. we were literally ignored!"
