"My friends and I celebrated our friend’s birthday at Oli-Vine, and enjoyed the excellent Mediterranean seafood and the innovative appetizers reflecting the chef’s emphasis on high quality produce and intensely flavorful and innovative creations. The light-filled spaces and the charming and helpful waiter, George, made us feel welcome as he brought us a basket of toasted olive bread and answered our questions about the diverse appetizers. We began with the flavorful green salad with feta and dill, which was studded with tiny red teardrops of spicy-sweet peppers. The Shrimp Saganaki with Ouzo flavored tomato sauce and feta was luscious and large enough to feed four people. The addictive tomato keftedes were perfection, even better than any those that I have tasted in Santorini. The Pita Sfakiani was a delightful contrast in flavors filled with Gorgonzola and Feta with a coating of Greek honey. The grand finale was the Bergamot Orange Pie, which was filled with the aromatic essence of citrus and orange. We will certainly return again to taste more of the chef’s enticing creations!!!
