"Hit or miss, but when it's bad it's really bad. Me and my coworkers always order them because they are close, but this last time was a comically terrible experience. All of the orders were bad. Like they were lazily put together. 1 order was missing an item completely. The other included several things that were intentionally asked to be kept off and confirmed over the phone, and the last order (a breakfast burrito) albeit not freshly made was also just 80% cactus and 20% egg (missing the cheese and bacon). One of our employees felt strongly (because typically they have been better every other time) called them and asked if they could do something and they said they'd remake it. Then they caught an attitude with her when she went to pick up the replacement order, because she didn't bring the original orders (they were in the trash and the lady on the call didn't ask her to bring the food). Instead of replacing one of the orders they provided what was missing wrapped in aluminum foil, the other two were remade, but you could tell they were mad about it, so I gave mine away. Ever eat an old egg and (almost entirely) cactus burrito? You're not going to be hungry for anything after that. The Mexican restaurants get so much better in killeen. Mistakes happen. I usually don't care, but my coworker didn't deserve to get treated like that, when she was conveying our collective sentiments. I don't recommend this place. Which sucks because there are two ladies working there who are actually very nice and I have had at least one very nice meal there in the past."

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the horrible service. On my visits, there were only two people working up front, leading to poor customer care. I tried to give the place a chance since I've been there three times, primarily for the camarones sarandiados. On my first visit, the restaurant felt deserted, but I wanted to be optimistic. We ordered margaritas of a specific flavor, but they were unavailable, so we were served whatever they had instead. We also asked for a pitcher of a particular beer, but again, it was out of stock, and they served us something else. The food was good, but we discovered little flies in my child's drinks. Although we enjoyed the food, it took about an hour to be served. The second visit was similar, with not much available to drink, and we had to settle for what was on offer. We ate and left, and again, it took a long time to get our food. On my third visit, the situation was even worse. We waited one hour with no drinks served. When we finally inquired about our margaritas, we were told they didn't have the flavor we requested. This was frustrating, as we felt they could have informed us earlier. After agreeing to try a different flavor, we waited another 30 minutes, only to see the staff serving drinks to another family that had just arrived 15 minutes prior. That was the breaking point for us—we decided to leave and informed the staff. Instead of apologizing, the waitstaff gave us attitude, which was incredibly disappointing. I know the owner personally, and I urge them to improve the situation—hire more staff and ensure cleanliness in the restaurant. I genuinely wanted to support this place, but my experiences have not been great. Staff members expressed their frustration too, mentioning that the owner hasn't increased the workforce or stocked up adequately, especially at the bar where the bottles seem to have been untouched for a while. Good luck in addressing these issues!"
