"My husband and I decided to venture out and try a new restaurant, breaking away from our usual Chinese takeout spot. We were looking forward to satisfying our craving for Chinese food. Unfortunately, our experience at this new place was quite disappointing. The fried rice was dry and lacked any flavor, while the lo mein tasted bland and unappetizing. After just a few bites, we ended up throwing everything in the trash. It felt like we had wasted $50. Moving forward, I think we’ll return to our tried-and-true favorite. We left feeling very disappointed and still craving good Chinese food."

"Unlike the lady Rhonda’s review … I have never had any issues with this place . I live near 695 and will drive to pick up food it’s so good! The staff has even brought my food to the car because I didn’t want to get my kids out to pick up . The small space in the front of the restaurant doesn’t bother me because I’m just ordering and /picking up . Not sitting to enjoy the view . Covid did happen and I think some people forget that. They try to keep it safe while using the space they have inside for other items . Not a big deal . The food is great!"

"I'm not usually a fan of Chinese food—not that I dislike it, as the culture is charming! Now, onto the review. This restaurant is Halal and only accepts cash, with gratuity automatically added to the bill. The Lollipop Chicken is the standout appetizer here! The Singapore Noodles are authentic and delicious, while the Chicken Manchurian is a solid 5 out of 3. The corn soup was just okay. Overall, the food was excellent, Alhamdulillah. The atmosphere was a bit lacking when we arrived, but I was distracted by two lovely women at the table nearby, which brightened my day. Thank you to them for making my experience more enjoyable!"

"Nine months ago, my experience was disappointing. The Mongolian beef was mostly onions. However, I’m happy to report that they’ve made a comeback! It seems they might have new chefs because the food was outstanding this time. The Mongolian beef was loaded with meat and not just onions! The egg rolls are still the best in Lake County, and I highly recommend them. The house fried rice is also excellent!"

"I’ve been to this restaurant three times as of last night. Every time I’ve been there, they always forget at least one thing that we ordered for the hot pot, and give us smaller servings than we ordered (we are a group of white and black American’s, and this is a buffet, we’re there to EAT). This wouldn’t be an issue if they came back to the table at least once before we finished our meal (every time I’ve gone they have only come back once, when we’re all finished). Last night we ordered bubble tea with our meal, and they didn’t even start to make our drinks until we were already finished with our hot pot. It took 15 minutes to be seated, and another 30-45 to get our food (which we still didn’t receive all of). The food is pretty good (good enough for being the only place to get hot pot in Milwaukee) which makes me sad because the service is lacking and I will likely not be returning after last night. I could find myself more understanding if they were very busy, but there wasn’t anymore than 5 other groups there."
