"I am really disappointed with this place. We visit often and usually have great service, but tonight was different. We ordered delivery, and when the delivery man arrived at my door, I tried to complete the transaction quickly because my excited husky was eager to greet him and go outside (it was raining). I attempted to take the bag, but he pulled it back and told me to sign first. I admit I forgot about signing—my mistake. I closed the door to sign since my dog was getting restless, and I grabbed cash from my purse. When I opened the door again, I handed him the receipt while trying to hold my dog back from bolting out. He then remarked, “thanks for the zero tip,” not realizing that I was about to give him cash once I had my dog under control. Sadly, we won’t be returning, but I hope he enjoyed the tip he received—he definitely earned it."
