"Haku Sushi is located in the heart of Santa Rosa. Being new to the area I am always on the hunt for a sushi spot, lucky I came across Haku. Parking can be a bit tricky on a busy day since street parking is always crazy but on not busy days it's a breeze and tons of open meter parking available, they also have a parking garage right across the street if needed. Service was great, the staff that helped me was very welcoming and gave me time to over look the menu and patiently waited till I was ready. The restaurant looked busy and I noticed tons of people also picking up orders to go. I finally placed my order and also got it to go so I can enjoy at home. Waited about 15/20 min and my food was ready. I did noticed not only is it a sushi restaurant they also have some type of Korean menu as well, so I feel like they offer more than just sushi but I didn't ask or explore to much more. Just make sure you come hungry, they do have a good selection to choose from. I ordered 3 rolls and some veggie tempura, I would say the prices are a bit higher than what I'm used to paying back home but I know inflation is real and everything in Sonoma County seems to cost more. I will say, the rolls were delish! They were worth the price, The quality and quantity were outstanding. If you find yourself looking for sushi and are in the area, I highly recommend you stop by. "Initially, we were disappointed because we were looking for a buffet, but it turns out they no longer serve one, so it might be a good idea to remove that from the description. The place felt a bit empty without the buffet tables. However, we decided to give it a try, and we were pleasantly surprised. A man, possibly the owner, was hustling around, clearly doing his best despite the absence of the buffet. As more customers arrived, we received our appetizers, and soon discovered that the food was fantastic! The dinner portions were generous and offered great value. This has definitely become our new favorite restaurant!"

"The waiting area was very unclean, which isn't a great first impression for customers. All the prices on the menus were crossed out, which was confusing. The person who took my order was rude. The General Tso's chicken was overcooked and quite disappointing. The rice was bland and not good at all. I definitely won't be ordering from here again. I'm relieved I couldn't see the kitchen."

"I've been ordering from this restaurant for two years. They are a very busy restaurant especially for take out. The staff is very nice. Sometimes the food takes longer than expected, but the staff works so hard to make sure every customer is satisfied, so it is worth the wait. Their dinner combos are such great price for what you receive. Even during the recent snow storm, they stayed open as much as they could. If there is a problem with the order, they are very understanding and offer solutions. It is perfect for quick, Chinese take out."

"Wow, Very disappointed about this place today. Never have we had such a bad trip to Zhengs. In fact, we look forward to the days when we can order from work. I had a large order and read it off to her clearly. She read it back and it was correct. When we open the bag nothing is marked. Nothing has even any initials on the containers. A few items were missing as well. There was seafood in some of the orders and we have seafood allergies and this could have been bad. Shrimp should have been marked. The order was wrong, to begin with, and was supposed to be Hunan Chicken and it ended up being Hunan chicken and shrimp. Such large orders should be marked and anything seafood should be specifically marked. They almost had a close call with this and I am very disappointed."

"I absolutely love everything they prepare there. The staff are friendly and they serve delicious Chinese cuisine. My favorite dish is the shrimp with lobster sauce—it's amazing! I usually pair it with a small pork fried rice, adding extra scallions, egg, bean sprouts, and pieces. It’s a fantastic combination. Their chicken and beef with broccoli is also excellent, as are their spare ribs with bones, which are really tasty. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I have high standards! Overall, I give the food a 5 out of 5."

"A friend brought me to this restaurant during the pandemic one night. I noticed it while heading to an event on a Friday evening, so I decided to return for dinner. We sat at the sushi bar, where I tried a Japanese strawberry drink for the first time; it reminded me of a pink Starburst! I ordered the spicy chicken miso ramen, and it was incredibly flavorful. I also enjoyed the crunchy shrimp roll and the spicy salmon roll, both of which were absolutely delicious. I savored every bite. The customer service was excellent—quick and attentive. Even the gentleman at the sushi bar checked in on us to make sure we were doing well. "

"Disappointing! I tried to place a takeout order at my favorite Chinese restaurant, Fuwa, but the experience was less than enjoyable. When I called, I was surprised that the employee didn’t seem to know what potstickers were and got our combo dinner details mixed up. He mentioned they had a new menu, which should have been our first clue. When the food arrived, it turned out to be from Rice Bowl instead! I later checked Fuwa's Facebook page and discovered they had closed just a few days prior. It seems Rice Bowl has taken over their phone number without clarifying that they are not Fuwa. As for the food, my egg drop soup was served cold, the potstickers (or dumplings, as they referred to them) tasted like the frozen ones you can buy at Walmart and microwave, and the shrimp lo mein was overly sauced and did not taste fresh at all. My husband wasn’t impressed with his chicken either. It’s really unfortunate that Fuwa is gone, and I’m very disappointed with the quality of food from the sneaky Rice Bowl Cafe!"

"My husband and I have been dining at Taipei Garden for about a year. I would have loved to give them a five-star rating instead of four, but unfortunately, our order was incorrect this time. "The best Japanese steakhouse we've been to in Louisville. Very quiet and elegant interior (we were there early so could be louder later for all I know). "5 Stars isn 't enough to rate our experience. The food and service were amazing and second to none. We had a 10 top on NYE 2019 and hoped for the best since it was everyone 's first time at Shakou. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, modern and trendy with an upbeat vibe... which we loved. We were immediately seated for our reservation. Our server touched our table constantly throughout the entire evening, we never needed anything. The food and drinks were amazing! My favorite story about this night was the manager coming to our table after we 've occupied it for about 3.5-4 hours. He very politely asked if we could do him a favor and move our party to the common area by the bar so they could seat another party. He was of course aware we had already eaten and had dessert and were in the process of concluding our night anyways. This was a VERY reasonable request given it was NYE and we had the table for about 4 hours. We were happy to move our party to the bar area where they were nice enough to thank us with complimentary champagne. Awesome touch! The owner also came out to thank us for coming in and inquire on our experience to ensure it was a pleasant one. I cannot recommend Shakou enough. We 'll absolutely be back and thank you for making our NYE a great night!"

"Just visited for the first time and due to the customer service I will never return first and foremost is SUPER COLD inside the restaurant but most Chinese takeout places are the woman at the counter pretty much threw 1 sauce at me when I asked for it from under the filthy plastic that they have hanging up in your face I asked her for more because I ordered 3 platters and all she put in my bag was hot sauce. "The food was delicious! I always get the beef with broccoli! The broccoli is always crips and the beef is always tender. The sauce is very good and it a great dish overall! "The woman at the front desk, I’m assuming to be the owner. Is very rude. In short I’m warning you the bad reviews are not rumors they are truthful facts! I sometimes read the bad reviews and think they may be false but they are not when it comes to this place!!! You can read the story of what happened if you’d like but I would not order from here unless you want to deal with a very rude person for a very simple order.I first found this place through a Doordash order and saw it seemed nice and my mother really likes Chinese. The first time my mom put in an order she asked for extra bean sprouts, shrimp, and an egg in her shrimp fried rice she made sure to repeat that she wanted extra shrimp and bean sprouts as it is difficult to find them at some places and she really enjoys them. When I went to pick up the order the woman laughed at me and told me how my mother repeated the order multiple times and how she gave her a headache then goes just kidding as if that makes saying my mother gives her a headache is ok. At this time I just shrugged it off but when I got home the food didn’t have the extra bean sprouts and there were maybe 4 shrimp in the whole thing total. The second time we ordered, maybe 3 days later, my mother made sure to kindly repeat that she wanted extra shrimp and bean sprouts as it was missing the first time and once again when I went to pick it up the lady told me how my mother was a nuisance and gave her a headache then said just kidding again. Well guess what? We get home and one the food tasted old and it was missing the extra bean sprouts and shrimp again as it had like 3 shrimp in the whole thing!! So my mother calls them to kindly explain to the owner the she may want to ensure the the chefs are making the food fresh and adding what was ordered and the lady tells my mother “$15 does not make me any richer or poorer you can take you order somewhere else you are giving me a headache!” So my mom replies “Ma’am I’m not trying to be rude I just noticed that it wasn’t as fresh as the first time and it was missing what we ordered so I thought I should let you know” and the lady replies again “You are giving me a headache do not order from here again!” and hangs up.Back to what I was originally saying about how I found this place through door dash she was rude then too but I had ignored it at the time. I went to pick up the order and the owner was taking an order over phone and a young lady was standing next to her doing nothing so I asked the young lady if my order was ready and she replied that she would go check. As she begins to walk away the owner stops her and says no you will take this order and makes her take three orders over the phone while she (the owner) walks away and vanishes into the back somewhere. 20 minutes later she returns and asks what I want despite the fact that she knew why I was there and stopped the young lady from checking on the order for me. And yes, after this I had to wait another 15 minutes for the order to be finished."
