"To make matters worse, the staff member preparing my drinks dropped one of the cups on the floor and then tried to use it again. I refused to accept a drink in a cup that had fallen on the floor, and the individual at the counter, still glued to his phone, suggested I just rinse it off. I insisted that I wouldn’t take that cup.
After finally receiving my drinks, I expressed my frustration with the service and told them I would never return. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Everything is centered around technology, but what about those who aren’t comfortable using computers?"
