"Today, I tried both vegan torta options at the Shephard location: the Cuban torta with curtains (I believe this is a typo for "cucumbers") and black beans, and the veggie torta with avocado and mushrooms. They were fresh and made with decent ingredients, but unfortunately, they lacked flavor and seasoning. They definitely didn’t satisfy my craving for Mexican food, and I found that they needed extra sauce. It's great that they offer a few options, and at that price point, I would consider going back to try something else, hoping to find better sauces."
