"I thought the teriyaki chicken was good and it was served nice and hot. The thousand island recipe is really good too, but unfortunately I also have some bad news for the owner...On July 30th, 2021 at 1557 (3:57pm) I observed theft. I would have given 5 stars, but Giselle -according to the name on the receipt- gave away two large drink cups to two females -maybe family, or friends- right in front of me and two other customers that were dining in. If she's bold enough to steal in front of customers, I couldn't imagine what she gets away with when absolutely no one is around, or looking. Depending on how long she's been working there, it might give the business an idea of how much money they're losing from non-paying visitors.... and the foul language music with the words p*^sy, n*^ga, d*^k and the-like isn't exactly the kind of music all people want to listen to while dining in and this will cost the business money because of the unprofessional choice in music. The elderly couple that was dining in probably didn't appreciate the music. What employees prefer to listen to away from work isn't always the best choice while in a work environment. Owner needs to get involved because their profits are literally walking out the door. From research, internal theft is roughly 90% of business losses.Makes me think of the somewhat high prices compared to other places. Because the business owners are unaware of these concerns, the business may be passing on their internal theft losses to us the customer without this knowledge. Not good. If these concerns are addressed, profits would increase.I should look into a career as a mystery shopper because if I owned a business I would like to know what is going on if I'm not present."
