"I used to visit their other locations frequently. They reopened this location last year, and I was so happy to see that. As I had visited their previous location and the food quality was pretty good. I was just worried if their quality would go down now when they reopened. But honestly it was the same, or maybe even better. We ordered few sharable plates and were pleased with everything that we had ordered. We got Samosa, aloo papri chaat for appetizers. We ordered the palak paneer, malai kofta and paneer tikka along with some tandoori garlic naan and rotis. Everything was great, and they will adjust the spices/salt if you ask. Earlier in their previous location, I tried hariyali paneer and that was my favorite! We ordered way too much in the excitement of trying out multiple dishes lol. They even gave us complimentary rice with our left overs. Clean, tasty, professional and great Indian restaurant!"

"Beautiful dining room and ethnic decoration. Delicious food and friendly service. Bhartha, $15, is a sweet creamy dish of roasted eggplants. Chicken Achari, $16, is a tomato pure curry with acidic, sweet and spicy flavors that are increased by grounded pepper cone. Both are unique and delicious. The owner is helpful to explain the menu and the dishes that make it great experience."

"Very disappointed with the customer service I was given by one of the ladies who works there . She was very rude and disrespectful to me . There was a miscommunication on there end regarding something I had ordered . I never said anything to them except told them I they gave me something else than what I ordered. The lady came to me and confronted me and accusing me of something I didn’t say . It’s on their end they had a miscommunication. I am really disappointed at the way I was treated so disrespectfully. I really liked their food but very sad and disappointed on how I was treated . She should be trained on how to talk to a customer and how to treat a paying customer."

"I ordered delivery. The food was packaged very well, no spillage. After reading many reviews a lot mentioned that the food was a bit spicier than expected so I took the advice and ordered it medium level, glad I did because 1 level more would have probably been a bit much and I like a fare amount of spice. "buyer intention! not allergy friendly! we ordered us yesterday by door dash and was wasted $40 on eating that was indelible. my family has a milk allergy and I clearly demand in my order that every product gluten-free, vegan and mild. when I got the order, I thought it looked suspicious, so I called to check and safe enough these dishes included milk! also the fertile piclau was ice cold as if they forget to heat the dish before they send (which also means that they probably microwave to go food in styrofoam first I thought the fertile piclau should be served chilled, but the keerl on the phone nandu confirmed that it should have been heated and also confirmed that despite my requirements contain more milk. he was quite abrupt and has not apologized or offered to correct any of the mistakes. as if he just wanted me from the phone and it didn't matter that they ruined our dinner, wasted our money and made my family very sick by including milk in our food, despite the notes on the order. that a dish that allegedly contained no milk was the mushroom mother, but even this was disappointing when the veggies tasted as they came out of doses and it was very spicy for a court that was asked mildly. so many problems with this order, makes me wonder everything about this restaurant. if they are not careful with preparation of food, how cautious are they when they clean and sanitate their kitchen? I'm completely dissatisfied with eating and customer service. I was not offered a refund or a refund or even an apology! such a frustrating experience and a total waste of time and money."

"I picked up a chicken tikka wrap, a malai kebab wrap, and a paneer roll. The wraps were good, but I was disappointed to wait an additional 25 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. It wasn't even busy at the time; they were going to close in about an hour when I placed my order. It seemed like they only started preparing my food when I arrived. Next time, I think I'll call ahead before going to the restaurant for a pickup, regardless of the scheduled time."

"We had the very special Dindigul Thalappakatti Mutton Biryani, Medhu Vada, Masala Dosa, Chole Bhature and Chai. The owner said that the biryani was very special and was not in other Indian restaurants near Texas. Biryani should have short-grained rice that is very unusual for Biryani. We tried and loved it absolutely. It was certainly a very unique biryani in fact. The Raita itself was good and fresh. We also loved the Medhu Vada and the Chole Bhature. The food in this restaurant is very fresh, that is why it tastes so good. The Medhu Vada and Bhatura were so fresh and delicate, homemade. I'd say the chai could taste better, but since it was free, I wouldn't complain. Another improvement point could be bhatura. Although I loved it, but it was slightly oily (I understand it is deep fried). The server was not the most energetic because when we asked to feed outside, he hesitated, but the owner was very welcoming. She asked us if we wanted to dine on the terrace and put it right away. She also gave us a free dessert. I'm definitely back."

"I love their food, but it doesn’t like me, so we only order once in a while. Something in Indian Food I am allergic to??? We used to order from them a LOT, but now I know I cannot, so it is a treat when we do (with me eating it in very small portion size( I remember eating at this place years ago when they served their food on paper plates and the tables were lined up like a high school cafeteria! I was not impressed with the feel of the place or the food at that time. Now they remodeled it and it is beautiful and of course we cannot experience eating inside because of Covid. So, I am glad they are doing well with Carry Out orders."

"This was my second visit to this restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed by the friendly service. The samosas were absolutely delicious, and the Chicken Tikka Masala, Pineapple Lamb, Garlic Basil Naan, and Paswari Naan were all excellent selections. They also have a full bar, featuring Indian whiskey. The dining area is quite spacious, with around 25 tables, along with a banquet room. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary rice pudding for dessert. The prices are very reasonable, and we've definitely discovered a new favorite place to dine frequently."

Best dosa I've had since I lived in California and there was a restaurant chain that specialized in them... this is a good place to try this dish if you've never had one before. My only disappointment, ironically, was the GF naan and only because I ordered the garlic version, and I guess that the way it is prepared, the pieces of garlic cloves are burned in the process (if you like that overpowering burned-garlic taste go for it! . I may have been expecting a garlic butter instead based on other restaurant experiences, so my bad. Next time either plain GF naan or none at all, and I'll be saving room for a dosa! And a FULL BAR with cocktails that use a South Asian spin on the classics. Such a find and easier/faster to get to from NNJ and other parts of Rockland than you might think, plus easy strip-mall parking!"

"We ordered take out dinner for 2,Spicy butter chicken, rice, garlic naan bread, and an appetizer. For the price point, The portions were very small. The naan bread looked about half the size as others from videos I had seen on TikTok. It didn’t seem any of the dips (chutney , yogurt) were included in the price of the meal, had to be ordered separately. Our total was about 65$ and were left still feeling hungry. I really appreciated being about to try food from different cultures. The atmosphere was very clean, however there was not one other customer in the store. The quality of the food was good, however the portions do not match the high price tag."

"We enjoyed the unlimited vegetarian and non-vegetarian thalis at this restaurant, and both were fantastic! Each thali included 3-4 curries, cut green chilies, poori, naan, masala idli, sambhar, rasam, fish curry, goat curry, mixed vegetable curry, mango dal, palak paneer, mutton biryani or gongura pulav, and gulab jamun. The standout dish for us was the haleem! The vegetarian curries were delightful, while the non-vegetarian options were flavorful and had a medium spice level. This is the best thali we've tried in the Herndon area, and the customer service was exceptional. "I was disappointed. You know when you walk in a place and you ask yourself, am I sure I want to be here? That 's the exact feeling I had. From a flow perspective there was no host/hostess check in. The restaurant is a cliche decorated restaurant with little to no flair. The unfriendly staff did not do a proper greeting nor explain the menu or ask if I had any questions. The food was mediocre. I ordered the shrimp pakoras; instead I got Costco grade air fried coconut shrimp. NOT THE SAME! The naan had no butter to delight the tastebuds and the rice seemed day old. The chicken curry did have flavor and the meat wasn 't D grade, so I was happy about this. The restaurant is located in a prime location of downtown Burbank with lots of foot traffic and plethora of restaurants to choose from. I would skip. It seems they aren 't interested in creating an entire experience for patrons. This is a pity because Indian food is so exotic full of flavor."
