"The crab legs were tiny, about the size of a pinky finger, and tasted very fishy and almost cold. We specifically requested more since that was the main reason for our visit, but the service we received was dismissive. After waiting for 15 minutes, trying to find napkins, and searching for something decent among the stale food, we decided we were done and opted to leave for Eat N Park instead. Surprisingly, we were presented with a bill for $75 despite the fact that I only ate four small crab legs and my kids, aged 11 and 13, had the same. My teenage daughter and her friend refused to eat the cold leftovers and settled for salad instead.
To make matters worse, the manager on duty refused to issue a refund, even knowing we had only been there for a short time and hadn't really eaten. This was, without a doubt, the worst service we've ever encountered anywhere, and we have serious doubts about the quality of the food on their buffet. The Great China Buffet in Allison Park is a much better option, with friendly staff and hot food. The emptiness of the restaurant spoke volumes! I can say with certainty: never again!"
