Finding restaurants that cater to gluten sensitivities can be challenging, so I truly appreciated that Seliac provided a great dining experience without any concerns. I did not have any adverse reactions. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but it was worth it for both the quality and the price. Just let them know about your gluten sensitivity or allergy when ordering.
