The vegetable tempura was exquisite! There were several varieties of each vegetable, giving everyone a chance to sample them, and they came with a delicious sweet sauce. The soft-shell crab was fried to perfection and paired wonderfully with a flavorful bed of vegetables. I highly recommend trying the basil sauce, which is incredibly tasty and caters to various spice preferences.
