The noodles were good, and the broth was flavorful, but all the noodle dishes I tried seemed to share the same soup base. I would rate the dumplings a 6.5/10— the filling was tasty, and the wrapper was decent. The beef cumin bun was the best item I tried, and I had high expectations for it, giving it an 8.5/10. The steam dumplings were also very well made, and I really enjoyed them, earning another 8.5/10."
