"For the first time, we were extremely disappointed with our experience. The chicken soup lacked flavor, and the eggplant parmigiana was awful. It tasted bland, the eggplant wasn't fresh, and the sauce was tasteless. It seems they may have a new chef, as the change was very evident. We've never had a bad meal here before, but this was simply unacceptable."

"Antonio and Rachel lead the best Italian food in the city. Authentic! They are Italians from the Bronx and have perfected the NY style pizza. Is it fast food? The food was ready in less than three minutes, but the quality was over fast food. Pizza, lasagna, specialties Pastas (Ravioli, Alfredo, etc) Chicken parm, stuffed paprika and much more! They can turn everything into a sandwich on their fresh bread. Perfectly sharp pizzas. Antonio and Rachel know how to lead a good Italian joint. And they are sweet people with good hearts. "Cheers to GrubHub, jeers to Vito 's Pizzeria. Every once in a while I will order diner from Vito 's through GrubHub (before all the lectures about prices being higher on GrubHub, I only use GH when I have coupons to offset the higher prices and it is actually less). Tonight was one of those nights and things went fine until I got a text, after my food was delivered (I also have free delivery on GH) that an additional amount was being added to my order. I called Vito 's to inquire about this extra charge. The woman who answered the phone was not pleasant and rather curt. When I asked about the extra charge she told me they recently raised their prices. When I told her GH had the old prices she replied that 's not her problem. I asked for her to meet me halfway, but she refused. She then said, do you want me to lose money? Yeah, like you 're going to lose money! I sensed this woman would not make good. So they would rather lose a long time customer, then to make them happy. So be it. I then went on the GH app and chatted with their customer service. I explained the situation and was given back 3 fold what I was additionally charged by Vito 's. I stand on principle and I won 't be ordering from Vito 's again. There are many other restaurants in the area to choose from. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30"

"I visited on a Sunday afternoon to see how award winning New York-style pizza tastes. Urbanscape in the Tysons Galleria hosts this eatery along with a couple of others, although this one seemed to be the busiest. I ate at the counter where a sole servergave me a menu. Service seemed rather straightforward yet conversational at times with a Premier League match playing on theTV. I ordered a few items to sample the offerings here: chicken tenders, burrata salad, a slice each of sausage and peppers andthe pepperoni special, and one of their ice cream sandwiches. Outside of the pizza slices, food arrived in some kind ofpackaging. Chicken tenders came in a box that belies the freshness of what was inside. The tenders were warm to almost hot andhad a definite crust which was seasoned without being salty. The burrata salad has soft, fresh burrata as advertised that goeswell with the lemon dressing and arugula. Pizza slices arrived warm on paper plates. The flavorful crust stands out assimultaneously light and crisp that supports the sauce and toppings no matter the combination. Toppings are restrained as withNew York pizza. The pepperoni special pleasantly combines a couple of unorthodox ingredients with smaller pepperoni cups. Eatingtwo slices can be close to a guilt-free experience to be sure. The packaged lemon ice cream sandwich had a satisfyingconsistency and subtle lemon flavor in the cookie and ice cream. The total cost of my meal amounted to a fraction under $40excluding tax. I could see myself visiting again with a couple of friends for an uninvolved but elevated pizza lunch."

"I've tried pizza in a 5 mile radius of John jay. This pizza is definitely in the bottom contenders of good pizza. Cheese was tangy, dough was saturated with flour and hard, sauce mediocre. "I placed an order for my veterinarian office that I work at, when I called I spoke to the owner named Michael he was super sweet and patient. Once I placed my huge order it got to our office very quickly the food was hot absolutely delicious. It was the best pizza we all ever had!!! Oh and the mozzarella sticks are to die for!!! "I have been ordering from Andrews for nearly 20 years and have never encountered any issues. The shrimp and calamari are consistently excellent, surpassing the typical quality found at a pizzeria. Both the regular pizza and Sicilian pizza are always delicious. The lobster ravioli was a pleasant surprise and the meatballs are particularly tasty. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The delivery people are always punctual and friendly. Whenever I dine in, the staff is always kind and the restaurant is clean. I highly recommend Andrews!"
