The owner uses super fresh vegetables and meats, and uses recipes from his upbringing in northern Italy. The flavors are delicate and wonderful. AND they have that iconic street food found in Italy and South France a GF flatbread either called Socca or Farinata. It's made from chickpea flour and olive oil. It is a great snack made without any wheat, and full of protein."
