"This place feels just like dining at Grandma's house. The pasta fazzoli (fagioli) is incredibly fresh and genuinely homemade. One of my favorites is the pasta with lentils (lenticchie), especially when topped with grated cheese and crushed hot peppers—it's simply divine. My husband loves the chicken Scarpariello with vinegar peppers, and our neighbors can’t stop talking about the pasta in pink sauce with peas and, I believe, sausage. The pizza is always freshly made; my go-to is the white slice, which is delicious. My husband, on the other hand, prefers a classic cheese pizza, claiming it's the same kind he enjoyed in the Bronx during his youth. This is a family-owned and operated business, and I've never visited without seeing at least one of the brothers there. It's truly a small, family-run neighborhood gem."
