"The coffee here is solid, but the service is so bad that I actually dread going here. The woman barista is very welcoming, kind, and is easy to converse with. The man, who I think is the owner or manager, is very cold and only warm with a select group of people. He doesn’t welcome you in and actually ignores you lol, he has a judgmental face while you order, and once your coffee is done, it’s carelessly plopped on the counter (rarely mixed if iced) with a lackluster “here ya go.” When you say thank you, he always responds with a tired “yup.” And, same as the welcome, there isn’t a goodbye. The stars are for the woman barista, the environment, the products, the music, the places to sit work, the location, and the coffee."
