"Lots to say here. First, the cafe is not IN the hotel, as reported by Google, but it is adjacent to it. The tofu banh mi was tasty, but I find it (and the other non-bakery foods) overpriced. Bakery items were varied and fresh. I've been here three times while in from out of town, with two of those visits being during weekend peak hours. Seating is far too limited for a space of this size. It was also so loud in there that I cannot imagine try to work or have a conversation. Actually, I struggled so much to hear my name being called that the person behind the counter looked at me as if I am absent-minded. It was uncomfortable to try to stay out of the way but within earshot. Friendly staff, though, honest. They need (tactful) sound diffusers. That said, the coffee is truly a delight. There is a coffee chain a few blocks away, and I can only imagine those who choose to go there when Sparrow is so close just don't exercise self-love. The menu is minimal, but the coffee is incredibly good."
