"A local legend, when Franks Roman Pizza closed we were devastated. A friend of ours told us that they had reopened a location in Woodfin, and it seemed too good to be true. We took the chance, called them up and ordered a sicilian pizza to go. The absolute beast that we picked up, sure enough was the old school Franks Roman Pizza that we have absolutely adored since literally the early 80's. To whomever it is that reopened this place, THANK YOU so much for keeping this legendary pizza place alive. We will be back! It is the best pizza in western North Carolina, and we will always miss watching Frank throwing dough in the kitchen : You will not find a better pizza in the mountains."
