"I can't believe they are asking if customers would like to leave a tip before you even get your order in. Here's a tip for any dine in customers, stay in your vehicle and go to the drive thru if you really want the food. They were giving away shakes if you filled out a short survey with Web address and code at the bottom of your receipt, wouldn't you know it? My receipt didn't have the web address and code. I wonder if it's because I didn't give them a tip. And why should I give them more money? They won't even take your order anymore or even pour your drink, which btw is not free refills anymore. Still when I asked about my receipt not have any web address and code to fill out the survey the lady passing out the shakes ave me someone else's receipt. So I tried it and wouldn't you know it? It had been redeemed already. What is wrong with this store?Anyway... Stay in the drive thru if you don't want to be disappointed"
