"This restaurant has been a staple for a long time, and I used to love celebrating special occasions here. However, I've noticed a decline in both the quality and portion sizes of their food. I'm sharing this review because my most recent experience with their takeout sushi was quite disappointing. During the pandemic, I frequently ordered from them, but this time I was told I couldn't include sashimi with my sushi box—if I wanted it, it would cost an extra 50 cents per piece. Additionally, they wouldn't let me add extra sweet sauce to my sushi. To make matters worse, I ended up with an upset stomach for five hours after my meal, which even woke me up from sleep. While this place has always been just okay, my health issues have prompted me to decide to stop dining here for good."

"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. "I have been a patron of this establishment for a few years and they are always so nice. The food, in quality and presentation; has always been consistent until recently. They have made some upgrades in the quality of meat, vegetables and even the containers they use (very sturdy nice for reheating of you do not eat the entire portion, which is typical for me as they do give generous portions for what you pay). I actually love that they do not over season their food/sauces, as there is room for you to customize to your liking (soy sauce,Wasabi, etc). The website is easy to navigate check out, and I received my order confirmation quickly via email. It is always nice to see a location with great service reinvesting in itself, it shows pride and appreciation for their customers. Tonight I ordered 3 items: the Hawaiian Chicken Bento, the Cali Roll Tempura an order of egg rolls. As per usual, the egg rolls were perfectly golden brown (I love that they put a napkin in the container to absorb any extra grease), the tempura was also perfect so light! The Hawaiian Bento... so delicious. Veggies/pineapple sautéed nicely with a little crunch to them, with a nice tropical sauce (not overly sweet). I have included photos of each dish as I received them."
