"We were inconvenienced when we tried to call ahead of time to place an order. So we get there the young lady was nice even though I was not satisfied with the excuse she have for them not excepting orders for pickup over the phone. So we get homewhich was about 15 minutes away and to our surprise the order was not correct. I called immediately and the manager on dutyassured me that we would be taken care of since we couldn't return. My fiancé had to go to work. He said take pictures and Idid just that. Well we called ahead again and we did not get taken care of as told to us. So to pay almost $65.00 forfood, beverages and a dessert is absurd. We were messed over all the way around. Worst customer service experience ever. Razoosmay have had other people play games like that but we are not those type of people. The innocent people has to suffer for theway others have acted. It's like someone went in our seafood plate took a huge portion out. The pasta was cold... cheese thatwas on there didn't even melt. It had no flavor, skimped on the meat no sauce and no extra cheese or extra sauce as I requested. This is my favorite dish from Razoos. So i knowww what it should be like. Just terrible. I don't even want to give thislocation no stars. Guess what she finally agreed to at least give us one of the orders and it must have been old because it wascold and still skimpy. We also saw a line of people waiting for pickup and soneone else was there as well with a do over! Wow!!I love Razoos but this location was my first time there. Never everrrrr again!!!"

"Um...no. Service was fine. Wings were OK, just OK. The hot sauce was good (not hot tho and the bleu cheese was recklessly delicious, so that was a surprise! My disgruntled review is based on the number of people in and out of this tiny shop on a Saturday night. There is ZERO ventilation and you will walk out of 520 Wings reeking of fried food odors not too cool. I saw 30+ people inside, plus a dozen cars coming and going, the poor staff! Stuck behind a small counter with customers leaning all over them and the boxes of food! (Any one who leaves a rude review of the employees here is completely missing what the environment they have to work in is like! The employee at the counter was plenty friendly, given that it was a like a mob scene on the Saturday night I went the employees need to get together and demand better, safer work conditions! DO IT!!! The guys in the back, making the wings are hemmed in with no windows or vents. The foot traffic was astonishing, if the business owner ever bothered to stop by on a weekend night, he would see what needs to be done. There are two empty lots right next door expand! Put in vents! Give your workers some space between them and the mob of customers! And for crying out loud, don't tell people their wings will be ready in 5 minutes when you know, and I know, that they are going to take 30 to 40 minutes. I won't be back; not worth the hassle and the fried food smell in my hair. So yes, my review is mostly based on my experience, and I say shame on the owners!"

"I can no longer support this business due to the female owners refusal to treat me the same as she treats other guests. I happen to be a black male and have gone to this business numerous times over the years and each time the female owner refuses to say thank you to me or hand me my order like she does every other non-black person. Today was no different as she pleasantly said thank you, tied the to-go order, and handed it to a white woman, an Indian man, and an Asian man before me. I’m not making this up! I was 99% sure when it was my turn she would do her usual and of course she did what she always does. No eye contact, didn’t tie my food like everyone else, didn’t hand it to me, but pushed it on the table towards me, and of course no thank you like she had given the 3 customers before me. It’s definitely her own issue, and something I hope to one day have a conversation with her about, but it is what it is. Sad, but not uncommon at all. Fortunately, the male owner of the business has always been super polite and is great. The female can be great as well when she chooses to be as I’ve seen it over and over again for other non-black guests. She just chooses not to give the same level of customer service to blacks or maybe it’s just me! : Rather than get upset, I just pray for her and hope her male business partner or husband can show her how it’s possible to still be polite to all guests and treat them all the same even if you don’t like the color of their skin. I’ll give her this, at least she’s being honest and real. She clearly has an issue with blacks and she is not afraid to show it. One has to find an appreciation for this type of racism. It’s in your face and not hidden. The next time your’er in, maybe ask her why she refuses to say thank you to blacks. Maybe there’s a good reason?? When I asked her today, her response was “my male partner already did!” Really!?! Wow! That one took me for a loop as both of them say thank you to EVERY customer, but when it came to the lone black person she clammed up. Again, not a huge deal. Her issues with racism are her issues and it can’t feel good to live life hating a whole group of people so I just feel sorry for her. Common courtesy and respect for all is a good feeling that she’s just missing out on. One love people!"
