"Since we moved to the area many people told us to try Uncle Julio’s. We went there last Saturday (8/13/22) and we will never go back. I used to be a server, I am very courteous to them/understanding and patient; however, this server was horrible. Sheforgot our drinks, then blamed them on some other server for not bringing them, when she did bring it mine had some green goopon the glass and a salt/sugar rim I specifically asked not to have. I sent it back and it came back just re poured into a diffcup (how do I know? Well the same green gunk was now inside my drink- gross). We ordered our food, it came out… all our drinksat this point are empty. My sons food was super cold, kinda helpful for toddlers- but like…. ? Our food was fine, certainlynot great. Asked for refills… brought to us way later. While my husband is still eating (with lots of food left) she’soffering dessert. We declined, got the check and left. On the way out we ran into a co worker who had our same server. Laterthat week when I saw him we asked about his experience (he goes there a lot) and he said “we placed our order and about 10 minlater she came back and said I’m sorry I forgot your order and I don’t have a pen could I put it in my phone?” They saidsure do what you need to do, they had the same issue with drinks not coming for 10+ minutes as well. Note- even for a Saturdaythey were not at all busy. We were there around 5pm."
