"I was really disappointed with my experience. The waitress was disrespectful and told our group that if we were unhappy, she would get the owner. A man from the kitchen came out and introduced himself as the owner, but he was equally disrespectful. We tried to express our dissatisfaction regarding the service, but he told us to "never come back" simply because we mentioned our unhappiness with the blonde waitress. I've never encountered such a lack of respect in any restaurant before. Service: Dine-in."

"We had a fantastic experience at Macello! Gustavo was an excellent host and waiter, providing us with tips on how to enjoy our port wine. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We highly recommend the seafood special pasta, American pizza, fried calamari, tiramisu, and pasta tartufata. The drinks were also fantastic. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Next, I went for the pasta and selected the classic spaghetti with chicken. The pasta was cooked to perfection, maintaining a lovely al dente texture. The chicken pieces were tender and juicy, enhanced by a generous mix of herbs and spices. The tomato sauce was rich and hearty, pairing wonderfully with the vegetables. I was truly impressed with this dish as well and would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a traditional pasta and meat dish. "I 've lived in the neighborhood for many years. You have always been my #1 place for pizza. But, my recent experience has changed my mind. I ordered on my phone. For some reason, I assumed the Slice method of ordering was my only choice. (I see now that it is not. A few things that I questioned: 1 the receipt on my pizza box said the price was $11.50 but the menu price says $12.50. 2 the receipt on my fries said the price was $4.00 but he menu price says $4.75. 3 I was charged $3.45 for a Support Local Fee . I don 't know what this is and, apparently, I didn 't have a choice about paying it. 4 Why was I given a 5% discount? 5 To my great surprise, the pizza (Capricciosa was mediocre. In the past your pizza has always been superior. Maybe most of this is because I was using an outside service and was unaware of it. But, the whole thing is confusing/misleading to me. It used to be much easier to buy a pizza. If I decide to give you another chance, I will definitely order my pizza in person. Hope you will try to do better. Thanks"

"Fortunato Brothers was fantastic! We sampled both the thin and thick crust, and both were excellent. The thick crust was impressively substantial, and the dough was flavorful, avoiding the blandness of typical bread. The cheese was generous and incredibly tasty, and there was just the right amount of sauce. The pepperoni wasn’t overly spicy, although I wouldn’t have minded a bit more kick. I should mention that reheating the thick crust pizza works great in a toaster oven!"

"Got the linguine misto. Was slightly disappointed that it didn't come with clams on a shell as previous pictures, and I know I made sure to pick an item on the menu that didn't say chopped clams, but it came with chopped clams. Brought it up, but they insisted my order was right since it came with both clams and shrimp. Got plenty of small shrimps and 2 big shrimp. Taste wise, it is decent. Will not come again as there can be other places that serve equally if not better food"

"Sabai Sabai was very good but just missed the mark for me. I was impressed with their large menu and great value. Although the dishes seem expensive, you do get quite a lot and my $30 order here (salmon appetizer and drunken noodle entree) was big enough for 2 or 3 regular meals. My food was ready in 15 minutes, though they said it could take as long as 30, so they are clearly well-adjusted to the pandemic. A few times, I bit into a virtually indestructible piece of [what I think was] green onion. It may have been a shrimp shell. I first thought it was clear plastic. This really diminished what was otherwise a fantastic Thai meal. I hope they can address this problem soon."

"I?ll start with this used to be my favorite local Italian joint? Went on a date night here with my husband last night. Our server was friendly and mostly attentive. Ordered a Caesar salad with my entree, way too much dressing on it but I sucked it up.Entree was decent but not what it used to be, their marinara sauce on eggplant parm used to be amazing-not anymore. When it cametime for boxes our waitress disappeared, we didn?t get drink refills as requested, a different waitress boxed our leftovers andimmediately brought the check. I wanted dessert to take home but whatever. While waiting for our check I watched a waitresswhose last table left (it?s about 8 pm at this point) go to the bar and pour a glass of wine. No big deal she was off shift. Wepaid and left. When we walked outside our ?2nd? waitress and the waitress who was drinking wine were sitting outside. Again nobig deal perhaps they were off shift, however, just seems unprofessional to be sitting outside the front entrance drinking whilecustomers are still inside. Business hours are until 10 pm so perhaps they could have waited until closing. Heated up myleftover eggplant parm for dinner tonight again just mediocre, few bites in and guess what I bit into?STEEL-WOOL/Brillopad/scouring pad. Glad they?re cleaning their pots and pans in the kitchen but really could have done without the STEEL! I hatewriting negative reviews but this place is really going downhill, doubt I?ll be back to give another try."

"Was looking forward to trying Andreas for my wife's milestone birthday. Had a reservation and arrived on time. Were told there would be a wait of at least 20 minutes. Not a good start. Restaurant has very little space to wait didn't offer a place at the bar (it was crowded. We were seated in approx 20 22 min and it went down hill from there. Our server came over took our order for drinks two martinis and a bottle of Pellegrino. 20 minutes later our drinks still had not arrived, we had to flag our server down to ask for menus inquire about our drinks. She apologized about the menus, the drinks took 10 more minutes. Our meals were very tasty, prepared as per menu but our spirits were definitely diminished by the apparent careless attitudes of the staff. Coffee tasted like diner coffee, not equal to the restaurant's food and if there were any specials that evening we have no idea, as they weren't offered and by the time we ordered our food we were too hungry to remember to ask."
