"I ordered 10 wings, a slaw dog, a shrimp cup, seafood boil potatoes, extra seafood butter, and homemade ranch. The only item I would consider ordering again is the slaw dog, which was fantastic! The main issue was that I had to wait over 30 minutes for food that was supposedly already ready. When I arrived, there was a line, but I didn’t mind waiting. Both DoorDash and the young woman at the window informed me that my food was done and would be out shortly. However, once I reached the pickup window, I ended up sitting there for over 30 minutes while the staff attended to all the other cars in the drive-thru, and then waited an additional 15 minutes after that.
It was quite strange that the entire line of cars, which had extended out into the street, was cleared while I was still waiting for my order. The receipt attached to my bag indicated that it had been 43 minutes since it was completed when I finally received it. Maybe if the wait hadn’t been so long, my experience would have been better, but the chicken wings were small, soggy, and overly salty. The shrimp cup and potatoes lacked flavor, and the seafood butter tasted like outdated spices. It’s hard to explain, but it just wasn’t good at all."
