"Initially, I was considering giving a one-star rating for my customer service experience. I have always been a fan of DQ and the Oreo blizzard has been my favorite for years. This time, I decided to try the Dirt Pie blizzard with gummy worms and surprisingly loved it, despite not being a fan of gummy candy. I usually ask for the gummies on the side to give to my children, which has never been an issue before. However, last night, a lady working there argued with me when I requested to have the gummies on the side. She was very rude and argumentative, which caught me off guard. Luckily, a young man at the front stepped in and assured me that he would make my blizzard without gummies. He even jokingly told me to give them a good review. Well, only for you, sir. Thank you for the exceptional customer service and going above and beyond. I didn't think my request was unreasonable, but I will give a 5-star rating solely for your service."
