"I’m not a fan of lemon pepper, and every time I request my wings and fries without it, they still end up covered in it. Recently, I had to go back because they redipped my chicken, using the same container as my first order. I could still taste the lemon pepper on a piece of chicken. I went inside to tell them about it, and instead of addressing my concern, the girl in the back started talking back, seemingly misunderstanding my request for a remake of my order. I felt like they should have handled that correctly from the start. After this experience, I can't trust them to get my order right. At this point, I just want my money back. I shouldn’t have to keep going back and forth like this, but I will say their food is good, so I can’t entirely fault them for that."
