"I ordered wings and payed the extra fee for the flat pieces ... I ended up getting mostly drumsticks ... my husband asked for a refund of the extra cost for the flat pieces we payed for... to our surprise Kalena(not sure how to spell her name was super kind and right away took care of us. She asked if we wanted a different order of wings... but we didn't have the time to wait another 25 min for them to get done....so Not only did she give us a refund of our chicken wings, but also my husband's burrito . She was very kind . I only give a 4 star bc the rice in the burrito was kinda hard... I think it was yesterday's rice that was not reheated properly.. but other than that I would go back again. Good customer service can really make a meal even better .. Thank you Kalena. Give that gorgeous girl a raise . ."
