"I'm not sure what's happened to this place. I've been a long-time customer and have seen the quality decline. I understand its small business, and you guys wanna flip tables fast. But we got our apps, and then 1 minute later, our Ramen was put down too. Got the MB ramen. The pork belly was burnt, and the eggs were just regular hardboiled eggs, no marinade to them, just bland. "3.5 stars — One of the better ramen options on Long Island. Service is good. However, this last visit was odd. The ramen was not hot when it arrived at our table. Given that everything is made to order and that it is literally noodles in hot broth. I expected it to be hot. In Japan they actually douse the bowls in hot water to keep things extra hot.
