"I stopped by for breakfast/ brunch the ‘Canopy Road Cafe’. Outdoor and indoor seating. Very urban and quaint . You can sit at the bar location or be seated in booth( booths were full did not want to impose on people eating behind the waiting area their are regular seating tables w/chairs. Today, I chose the cookies and cream pancakes. It was chocolate dream.. honestly, you won’t need the syrup or butta.. i was literally eating a chocolate delight for breakfast. Yes, you do taste the cocoa in the pancake, it’s not just food coloring added to the mix .. with the added crunch of the Oreos, it added a nice texture , but , I still felt like I was dipping an Oreo in milk since it had the added icing on top.. I added eggs and bacon to the order.. they are fresh eggs, not liquid and the bacon was nicely crisp.. will go back again.. gluten free options on the menu.."

"Let?s have breakfast in Deer Park on the way to the Tanger Outlet. Never having dined in Deer Park, we relied on Google reviews for suggestions?. The Olympic Diner was a hit! The experience from entry to exit was wonderful. Our server Amanda was awesome. She provided these first timers with suggestions which happened to be selections discussed prior to her return. Immediately we knew this would be a great experience. Allison provided exceptional service and the meal was very flavorful, so flavorful that my mouth is watering as I type this review?. If you?re not a big eater I would suggest sharing a meal. You?ll definitely get your money?s worth. Taking food away when traveling is not an option for me. Any and every-time food is packed to go while on a trip, it?s wasted because it?s never eaten later. My plate would?ve been cleaned if shared (maybe next time). The location was perfect with plenty of parking and it?s a couple of minutes from the Tanger Outlet.. mission accomplished. The Olympic Diner exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended."

"This is the second time I've ordered the chicken strip combo plate, and both times the chicken was cooked in burnt oil. I initially thought the first time could be attributed to my late order around 10 PM, close to closing time. However, after ordering at 6:36 PM this time and receiving chicken coated in black cooking oil, it's clear that the oil is being reused without proper cleaning. I will definitely not order from here again. To make matters worse, I spent $62 on two chicken strip plates, a cheeseburger combo, and a chef salad, and the unpleasant smell of that grease spoiled the appetite of everyone trying to enjoy the other dishes."

"This was a shockingly bad dining experience. Service was exceptionally slow for our two-person dining party. My wife ordered a gin martini that arrived late without any type of garnish. Then an appetizer arrived – 40 minutes after we’d been seated. Our second appetizer arrived at the same time as our entrées. This second appetizer consisted of three scallops and cost $20. My $75 steak was one of the worst I’ve eaten in my life. I’ve never encountered as much gristle as I did that night! I was famished so I ate most of the steak, but our waiter only checked on the quality of our meal once – at the end of our main course. When I told the waiter the steak was simply a bad cut of meat, nothing was done. All the while we were dining, none of the surrounding tables were cleared, so by the end of the evening we were surrounded by garbage on all adjacent tables. It was absurdly bad! The quality of the food, service and ambiance surrounded by other patrons’ waste! are absolutely not commensurate with the price you pay. You’d be well advised to steer clear of this train wreck of a restaurant.What’s worse is that we are from out of town Canada and were hoping this would be the one upscale meal of our short trip. Instead, we paid a ridiculous amount of money $185 USD $250 CAD for a seriously disappointing meal."

"The drinks were good, the caprese was tasty, and the salmon entree was nice, although the calamari was overcooked. The waiter seemed overly eager to take our order, especially considering we were a large group. It would have been appreciated if we had been given some time to enjoy our drinks and appetizers before placing our main course orders. It's important to remember that wine should be served with the meal, and when splitting a serving, two plates should be provided when the food is delivered, not 5 minutes later. All food should be served at the same time, and coffee with dessert should be served together, not after finishing dessert. Furthermore, if an error occurs on the bill, customers should not have to wait over ten minutes for it to be corrected, only to find out that the wrong people were credited. Despite positive reviews, our party of seven left disappointed. If the restaurant were closer to home, I might consider giving it another chance to address these issues, as it is still relatively new."

"All I have to say is WOW!! The food was SO DELICIOUS! We orders a chicken strip/fries basket, meatball sub on garlic bread w/Mozzarella cheese, meatball sub w/ Mozzarella cheese, hot peppers, green peppers, tomatoes, and lettuce, Jalepino poppers, and fries mushrooms.Everything is cook to order. They have Pepsi products, iced tea, pink lemonade, shakes, malts, sundaes, and ice cream cones.The workers were kind and patient with us as we asked questions on their extensive menu. "My husband and I discovered this restaurant after one of our doctor's appointments in the area while expecting our first baby. I was craving a really good hot sandwich. Now, every few weeks when we have an appointment, we make it a point to stop by. We’re gradually working our way through the menu, and so far, we haven’t had a bad sandwich; they’re all delicious! Not only is the food fantastic, but the staff is incredibly kind and welcomes us each time with the same enthusiasm as if we were long-time daily customers. We can’t wait to try more items from the menu in the coming months and beyond!"

"A nice, relaxing restaurant environment inside a Sheraton hotel. A heads up… the menu on their official website did not match what’s on their actual menu in the restaurant when we were there. My boyfriend and I had looked at the online menu prior to deciding what restaurant to go to in town and already decided what we wanted to try based off the menu information online. The server mentioned that the restaurant do not have most of the food items available from what was listed on their official website, but the menu on OpenTable was more accurate. However, I thought the choices from their in-house menu were still great options. Originally, my boyfriend ordered the diver scallops entree, but then was told a few minutes later that the kitchen was out of scallops. My boyfriend had to take more time to figure out what he wanted for an entree as he was slightly disappointed when his choices (from the online menu and scallops) were not available. Our server tried to be as accommodating as possible though by suggesting other seafood entrees that the kitchen can do that’s not on the menu but had the ingredients. My boyfriend didn’t want to deal with further complications so he ordered the fish and chips. The fish itself was a big portion. The batter was quite salty, but the fish was moist and cooked nicely. I had the mushroom gnocchi which had a great amount of mushrooms and spinach with the gnocchi. The gnocchi has a nice crisp on the outside with a pillowy softness inside. Flavorful dish! If you plan on going to this restaurant after seeing their menu options online, then be aware that it is possible the restaurant may not be offering the same options currently."

"My first time was good. The staff didn't seem to be in a rush to help even though they I was their second customer that morning. The food was great. But the second time, I was waiting for a while for service. Turns out there seems to be one person who takes the orders. I was told that two people take the orders but when I was asked another person who seemed to be waiting to work, she said the other was the one. I can understand why since the first time, I know she seems to only speak Spanish. The other two are older and more seasoned. I has ordered asked for service twice with waiting in between. The one who was supposed to be helping me was indeed busy with orders but was very slow on the cash register and then I asked if there was only one person taking orders they said two, so when the main service lady came over, I said that I had been waiting ten minutes. Of course I could have waited longer but it was so weird that only one person was the only one to take orders. She gave me attitude and then I just left because she said I just got here. But I had already arrived 15 minutes before and they had seen me come in and I was the only sitting up front. Of course local reviews outweigh mine. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2"

"There are very few vegan options available at this restaurant, aside from their desserts and coffee. While I recall enjoying some tasty meals here when I was vegetarian, the service was always slow. It took around 30 minutes for relatively simple dishes to be prepared. However, I still have to give them credit for their delicious coffee. My favorite is the iced lavender latte with milk, which I have yet to find a comparable option elsewhere."

"I checked this place out on a Sunday morning. There was no wait for dine in, and I was seated promptly outside. I ordered a coffee, white chocolate mocha and two egg breakfast with turkey bacon. They didn't have any creamer options other than half-and-half, so I switched my coffee to a white chocolate mocha. The breakfast was delicious and prepared expeditiously. I did have a few critiques: they need to have/use screens for outside seating; the pigeons are relentless and annoying and disgusting! Pigeons carry all types of germs, and they sit on the table and there is no sanitation before customers sit down after pigeons have been on the tables! I couldn't enjoy my breakfast, because I was constantly swatting away pigeons! I would return, but I would never sit outside again! The other critique is although the staff is very friendly and accommodating. they lack attentiveness. I wanted to order a mimosa and I wanted to move inside, both of which I didn't get to do because they never checked on me."

When they finally came, there were children hanging out of the sunroof and passenger windows of the delivery vehicle, which was a rather bizarre experience. The food quality was below average. "I enjoyed this place, I met up with family for a bite to eat and they had so many yummy vegan dishes, it was hard to choose! The location is a small dining area but just enough for a cozy vibe with a small group, music playing and the aroma of delicious food cooking in the kitchen. Our server was great, she explained some dishes to help us make a decision and the food came quick and we were beyond ready. I chose a Reuben sandwich, very tasty mix of sauer kraut and tempeh which honestly I normally wouldn't like but here, at this place it was seasoned to perfection. I washed this yummy sandwich down with a mint lemonade... again... yummy hits the tastebuds with a refreshing cool splash of mint and lemons a great combination. I saw a almond strawberry cake on the menu and although I was too full to eat it there, I put that bad boy in a to go box and was a happy camper! The location was kind enough to allow us to sit for hours and catch up with each other, I live this place and their food!"

"I really enjoy Aquitaine. I am a frequent customer to one located on Tremont Street in The Southend, amazing service and food. This is my 3rd visit to the Dedham location and this experience wasn’t the best. I was greeted nicely and promptly seated, after the service was lacking. I waited 10-15 minutes for someone to greet me at the table and offer me water. Another 5-10 minutes before we got our order taken. Once the food was brought to our table, we did not see our waitress, until I had to wave her down for some water. I was shocked by the service because it wasn’t to busy, actually people were leaving the restaurant. Overall, 2 star experience!"
