"I have tried to eat at this restaurant multiple times, hoping for a better experience after an unsatisfactory first visit. I’m usually a fan of pasta and enjoy dining at Noodles & Co., but this location has not impressed me. The condition of the building is poor, with dirty walls, sticky tables, a messy soda machine, and food and trash littering the floor. The light fixtures are covered in cobwebs and the walls look greasy.
As for the food, my orders have been incorrect each time. When I request a modification, they remove all toppings and serve me plain noodles with sauce. The noodles are consistently overcooked and slimy, and even though I dine in, the food arrives cold. Moreover, the portion size was noticeably smaller compared to other Noodles & Co. locations. The regular size wasn’t enough to satisfy my appetite; I often have difficulty finishing even half of it. I recommend trying a different Noodles & Co. location rather than this one."
