"This isn’t a place I typically go for fun, but when I'm really hungry and in the area, it's a convenient spot for a quick meal, whether I choose to dine in or take out. It's just an easy fast-food option that *includes vegetables*, which is a rarity among most fast-food places. I usually order the Farmer’s Sandwich, without cheese, and sometimes I switch it up with either a multigrain roll or a wrap. Occasionally, I’ll modify the veggies or add tofu—both plain and spicy options are available.
Their bowls are also quite tasty and generously portioned. A major advantage is their willingness to customize your meal; it's made to order, and personalizing your dish is part of their concept. No one raises an eyebrow at substitutions. It’s a great choice for a quick, casual lunch whether you’re vegan or not, and the spacious, airy seating area is nice for groups and families with strollers. They also offer good smoothies and açaí bowls, plus oatmeal for breakfast. A highlight is their own fountain drinks, including an exceptionally sweet but delicious strawberry lemonade.
However, there are some downsides that prevent it from being my go-to choice. Nothing is organic, and all the bowls and packaging are disposable even if you eat in. They used to separate compost from trash, but that seems to have stopped. The meat options are quite visible, which might be off-putting for some. That said, I can still get a hearty bowl of veggies and grains here. In areas where vegan options are limited, a place like Create could easily be the best option available. Even in this neighborhood, which has several other more expensive or less casual vegan places, I’m really glad to have Create around. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they’re open pretty late, which is fantastic! I’d give it 3.5 stars, rounding up to 4, especially since they offer vegan desserts too."
