"Food is good, have had it a few times. Last night food was both 20 mins late for pickup and cold so I called for a refund. Was eventually done by a manager but I didn’t appreciate being accused of lying by an employee on the phone. I recognized his voice, he had asked me for my order when I got there, said it would be a few minutes and asked ‘if I had been helped’ 20 minutes later and then gave me my cold food. Mistakes happen, but he was claiming it was handed to me at the scheduled time 20 minutes after order (this was completely untrue, it was handed to me 20 minutes later and 40 after order). I believe he was mistakenly reading the ‘due time’ and the word paid as he also claimed I paid in the resturaunt at that time when I actually paid via apple pay at the time of order. Again, food was great, kitchens run behind sometimes (although I don’t believe this was the case as it wasn’t busy, I believe it was just sitting there the whole time as it was cold) and mistakes happen. But being straight up accused of lying by an employee on the phone who was factually in the wrong and couldn’t admit his mistake was pretty crazy"
