"We dined in and unfortunately, our experience was not great. While we were ordering, another customer came back to complain that his order had been messed up, which should have raised our red flags. After placing our order, we waited 40 minutes for our food without any communication from the staff. When we inquired after 30 minutes, we were told they were overwhelmed with online orders. When the food finally arrived, two out of the four meals were completely incorrect. We ended up spending $57, including drinks, which felt like a waste given the service we received. It was clear that the staff were either not trained adequately to handle the volume or were simply overwhelmed, as they didn’t even know how to issue a refund for one of the gyros that was supposed to be chicken but wasn’t what we ordered—essentially, they messed up the order twice. It's disappointing because my wife and son have had positive experiences here during the day."
