"I've loved Bravo for about 5 years now, and have never had an unpleasant experience. Bravo is always clean (restrooms too), well staffed, and pleasant. On February 13th, my new man and I went to celebrate our special anti-Valentines day at my favorite spot. Mind you, that I always order the gluten free Pasta Bravo (chicken and pasta with mushrooms in a creamy marinara sauce), with extra mushrooms. I'm not one to complain, but for some odd reason, the edges of about 30 pieces of the pasta were dry, seemly not done. They weren't intolerable, just enough to bug me as I ate them, so I sent a polite word back to the kitchen, to take care to stir them when they were flash cooked, for future patrons. I was still perfectly happy. When my waitress came back, we were finished with our meals, and about to tab out. She came to the table with their only gluten free valentine dessert, and the apologies from the cook. To be honest, that was far more than I even expected, and the dessert made the experience even sweeter, for sure."
